This isn't an album as such, more of a collection of b-sides and some early material that was recorded for a second time. Nonetheless, the songs are fantastic; the band are on fine form, especially in the riff and drumming department. Hayes sounds absolutely terrifying on some tracks - his lyrics are notably excellent, especially on tracks such as Blonde Prostitute and Rejection Fetish.
Definite highlights include the unforgettable Forgotten Child (see the lil' pun I did there, huh?) and the title track, which boasts some gobsmacking drumming.
A well worthy addition to any Pig Destroyer fan's collection. But avid fans of extreme music, particularly grindcore, should check this out. |

| Equally as good as their more recent effort Legend, Abigail Williams successfully combine a range of different genres, producing a superb blend of black, death and melodic metal. Piano and keyboards are used to excellent effect, with a strong vocal performance - manic shrieks and screams, as well as some epic clean vocal sections. As far as guitars go, everything here is speedy and melodic. However, undoubtedly the biggest standout here is the drumming which is excellent in every respect. A definite recommendation to any metal fan. |

| Clients is definitely a step down from their awe-inspired debut. But it holds it's own as a brutal release - instrument wise, the guitars are right on the game and the drumming is impressive. What lets this down is the lack of experimentation that was more prominent in Fused Together In Revolving Doors and the distinct change in the way Guy delivers his vocals. However, Guy's more 'hardcore' influenced vocals are really not too bad once you become accustomed. Forthcoming release Prey For Eyes is a definite continuation of the sound developed here. Expect a full review of that when it is officially released. But in conclusion, this album does get it's fair share of unwarranted criticism. Definitely not a Fused part II, but a solid album which delivers in many aspects, proving satisfactory in the end. |
