Dull, uninspired, uncreative and I cannot believe they could not provide us something stronger after 13 years of sitting on it. This feels passionless, I see no growth at all and I feel like I've heard all these bits and pieces before. Too dull, almost monotone. Not a warm album, more like background music. Tool's greatness quashed by expectation they couldn't deliver, due to the band's own boredom and lack of ideas.
