This album SLAPS, huge sound and somehow stays super dynamic and fresh throughout. Honestly kind of hate the Mr Crowley cover though, feels forced.

A lot more varied and interesting than their full length, brings back some of the ambiance that got me into them in the first place. Plus the concept factor hits for me. I'm vibin on it.

This album is really something, I always wonder if things like this will be 'worth the wait' with
so many years to build expectations to unfair levels. But this album is just as captivating and
mind-bending to me as it was hearing their first release so many years ago. Game
changer! And how about those nature samples?

Very odd to me these didn't make the album.rWondering if it was a music driven decision, or a business one of some sort.rThink these two tracks actually stand above many on the album.

"Hollow" is quite literally a re-worked / re-recorded B-Side from "ONE".
So if its giving you them vibes, it makes sense. I think I first heard the demo back in like
2012? Still a banger, and the new version is a big step up!

Also, "Rebirth" is also quite good. A really nice one-two punch.

I *understand* why this album got a lot of hate, but IMO its actually totally slept on. Super catchy hooks, great vocal melodies, and some killer guitar work that is maybe a little more backstage, but just as present and powerful.

Some really vibey stuff in here that I dig. rBut cant get over the production, or lack there of.rI know they did this as a crowdfunded tight budget thing, but it really sounds like a demo disc.
Trivium In Waves
Underoath The Changing of Times

Attack Attack! Long Time, No Sea
Its a real shame that these guys made all the effort to reunite only to put out this relatively
forgettable EP. I think AA!'s significance in the scene was for always pushing boundaries,
pushing peoples buttons, and making fun lighthearted music.

This may dip its toe in the third category, with a select few fun moments. However its ultimately
forgettable, and uninspired. I would have much rather had worse music that at least 'tried' to
stand on its own two feet.
Born of Osiris Tomorrow We Die Alive
Can't Swim Change of Plans
Dance Gavin Dance Jackpot Juicer
Kaonashi Dear Lemon House, You Ruined Me: Senior Year
Its like someone wrote a super rad album, even sharp lyrics, and then over-dubbed it with meme
vocals. It really sounds like an "always sunny in Philadelphia" skit where they try and start a
metal band or something. Fun for one listen, but probably couldn't bring myself to do it again. Or
who knows, maybe I will and it will grow on me.

A Day To Remember You're Welcome
Most of their albums don't have a single song you want to skip... this one has hardly more than two songs that I can make it to the end of. No identity or soul to this album, a mishmash of imagine dragon tracks and one or two 'fan pleasers' that have no heart in them. Yikes... Don't need them to make the same album again and again, but this just isn't good.
Kanye West Jesus Is King
Scary Kids Scaring Kids Out Of Light
Yikes...... I honestly was expecting this to be good? Why, I don't know. Maybe I got hyped on
what is an impressive list of vocal talent, and hearing the cool variety you would expect to come
with that. Mistakes were made. This is about as bland and uninspired as an album gets. What a
shameful thing to attach the SKSK name to.

1.0 awful
