Apart from the EP having that distinct distortion+static noise laced sound that defines "Revis", the songs are well produced, catchy, and they swing amazingly between the boundaries of rock and grunge, with some simple yet cool guitar solos to add that final touch. Although this EP might not suit everyone's tastes, you cannot deny that Holman still has that "Places of Breathing" charm in his vocals. Overall, being a Revis fan for over a decade, I am thoroughly pleased with this EP and hopeful for the release of another LP. Cheers! Viva la Revis!4.5 superbBeneath the Massacre FearmongerDying Fetus Make Them Beg for DeathDying Fetus is back with another extremely heavy yet controlled banger of an album. Based on the tried and tested indigenous DM formula that the band has been perfecting for over three decades, Make Them Beg For Death is another DF album that will be counted among the classics. Although the whole album is worth multiple listens, Unbridled Fury and Compulsion for Cruelty are the two tracks that stand out for me.
