this is really nice. the length doesn't bother me because I know I have written certain songs that just don't feel finished without appropriate spacings between certain verses. this is a nice album to chill to. |

I don't understand why people seem to hate change, in my opinion, this album holistically is very creative and different from anything they have ever written in the past. I would place this album on par with Dead Throne or even WRAABB. I like the indie direction they took with this and even what Mike has sort of done in order to cope with the continual loss of his voice/screams. I also enjoy Jeremy's singing on this album. I think the lyrics are solid and thought-provoking in some aspects and musically this album doesn't lack or do anything revolutionary but allows TDWP to open a door to another form of writing and thinking when it comes to creating music as art. I wouldn't be surprised if this album grows on me and I rate it higher in the future. |
