Acumen Nation Transmissions from Eville
that insane drop 3 minutes into matador straps u in for a wild ride that turns out to be only a
MEDIUM on the six flags thrill scale
the innovative and supernormal ends up clashing against a bunch of boring guitar noise
Alec Empire Intelligence and Sacrifice
Alice in Chains Dirt
Alphaville Forever Young
Atari Teenage Riot 1995
Atari Teenage Riot The Future Of War
Bjork Homogenic
Boxcar Vertigo Revibed
Cabaret Voltaire Micro-Phonies
Besides FLA's Tactical Neural Implant this is most cyberpunk album I've ever heard. But it's more
subtle than that, like the dark seedy underbelly to some alternate-reality dystopia, one that
could only have come out of an early 80's lens.

the best LP album and one that Hybrid Theory laid the foundation for. if HT was the one that had momentarily captured the voice of a generation then Meteora was the one that solidified it, made it stick and made it real and timeless
Lou Reed Transformer
Luxury Elite high society
some of the greatest vapor ever made full-stop. accomplishes every bit of the aesthetics and
atmosphere it attempts to cultivate, full review pending at some point

Machines of Loving Grace Concentration
MF DOOM Operation: Doomsday
Ministry Trax! Box - The Original Recordings
the early avantgarde postpunk career of ministry's al jourgensen is criminally
underrated. so much spirit and energy wrapped up in these proto-coldwave tunes. every
single one feels like al himself is reaching out and asking you to listen, to understand,
to live as unconventionally as he wants to and is striving to. nothing like it.

4.5 superb
A Tribe Called Quest Midnight Marauders
A Tribe Called Quest The Low End Theory
Acumen Nation Territory = Universe
well-assembled and well-crafted (a lot more than most Acumen releases) but what it gains in consistency it sacrifices in uniqueness. maybe i need some more listens but all the songs just blend into each other and even though the theming is strong the songs sound the same and it feels like a uniform mush instead of a colorful assortment
Acumen Nation What the F**k
extraordinarily good / underrated remaster/remix collection of abstract industrial bops and soundscapes cultivated and honed over the span of years from Acumen Nation who distill their vast force into a concentrated multigenre gunshot straight to the head
And One Bodypop 1½
probably the best record And One has ever put out because of the palpable amount of love and
passion on top of being artists who are already at the top of their craft. it's hard to feel the
"soul" of other And One releases but this live album not only rectifies this but capitalizes on it
to great effect. the covers are evocative and absolutely electrifying - Steve Naghavi is clearly
inspired by Dave Gahan to a great degree and here he finally manages to fully-grasp his incredible
and powerful stage presence. it's easy to imagine that in another time And One could have taken
off after this release - instead they've settled in a comfortable niche of euro-ebm club music.
that's okay too, guys < 3

Cold In May Gone away with the memories
i forgot about this, damn. this was my teenage angst album and i loved every minute of it. some

Ministry In Case You Didn't Feel Like Showing Up
i think i remember seeing a cut of this on youtube with "land of rape and honey" also included and that one was the superior version. idk what cut of this that is but that version is literally a perfect 5 and one of the best live albums ive ever heard

thecatamites has a knack for knowing exactly the kind of soundscape he wants to cultivate and it
shows in space funeral. fortunately for him and us the game is free and the sounds were freely
able to be used - copyright's a bitch when u want to make art
Stevie Wonder Innervisions
Suicide A Way of Life
Less influential than their 1977 self-titled record, but one that I would argue accomplishes
pretty much everything that that one set out to do but in a less abstract and more straightforward
way. This means that what it gains in being more well-realized it loses in raw intensity and edge.
Talking Heads Remain in Light
Telex Neurovision
this is literally their "More than Vision" follow-up but with a bunch of underwhelming tracks that do nothing but bloat the album. rating 4.5 just because the singles really are that great, and it also includes some sweet cuts that aren't found on the comp (like "Tour De France")
The Smiths The Smiths
The Smiths Louder Than Bombs
The Velvet Underground The Velvet Underground
This Heat Deceit

Consider it to be somewhat of a much, much darker counterpart to Brian Eno's Another Green World. A surreal journey through the depths of human isolation. Also something not to listen to more than a few times.
