One of my favorite albums of all time. "Thirteenth Step" is an underrated album and deserves more attention than what it receives. It may not be Tool, but it sure is A Perfect Circle.

Rise Against Wolves
I think a 3.5 is justified. The album wasn't complete garbage. Comparing Rise Against albums to "Swing Life Away" is petty. However, the album has some weak-points and a hardcore sound would have been better. That being said, Rise Against is taking a step in the right direction and could most certainly learn form "Wolves."
