| I first heard this album about 2 weeks ago when when I found it after SputnikMusic was recommended to me by a friend who somewhat understands my musical taste. Personally, I'm a massive fan of Melodic Death Metal, and due to the fact that "the Jester race" was so highly rated, I couldn't NOT give it a listen! I couldn't believe it when i finished the album, it was like I'd just endured the most worthwhile journey of my life, the melodic riffs, complex drum patterns and passionate vocals really make this album what it is. I'd recommend this album to literally anyone who like music in general, and that shows as I've given "The Jester Race" a perfect "5" Classic rating! It defines melodic death metal, and I can't see myself finding a better album. |
