Coldplay Ghost Stories
FKA Twigs Magdalene
Jay Som Everybody Works
Porter Robinson Nurture
This album far exceeded my expectations. The sound Porter cultivated for himself here is amazing.
The 1975 A Brief Inquiry into Online Relationships
The lyricism and experimentation is breathtaking and (arguably) progressive.rBut that doesn't stop stinkers Give Yourself a Try & TOOTIME from completely ruining the flow & rcohesion of the album.
Twenty One Pilots Twenty One Pilots
Twenty One Pilots Trench

4.0 excellent
Alex G House Of Sugar
Alvvays Antisocialites
beabadoobee Fake It Flowers
Coldplay Kaleidoscope
This is their best in years. 5 tracks alone beat the entirety of their last record. Thank you Coldplay.
Coldplay Everyday Life
This is their best effort since 2008's Viva, albeit a little inconsistent.
Florence and the Machine High as Hope
Foster the People III
Foster the People are at their catchiest since Torches. This EP is an excellent example of how Hip Hop should be undertaken by mainstream indie pop/rock acts.
Foster the People Sacred Hearts Club
Hana Hana
Fantastic starter E.P., and a great way to reintroduce herself to the world. Nice dreamy production, and smooth stellar vocals filled with lots of potential. Curious to see if this upcoming artist is going to be the next Lorde perhaps?
Jay Som Anak Ko
MGMT Little Dark Age
Paramore After Laughter
This album is such an excellent way for a pop punk band to progress. It is a very solid new wave attempt that still retains the classic "rocky" Paramore sound. The drum beats on this album are very distinct in sound. The guitars have a more'indie" flare, but still have a major presence in the music itself. Solid transition from self-titled to this.
Passion Pit Tremendous Sea of Love
This album is by far his best album since Gossamer. The experimentation and imperfections within the production wasn't something I was expecting to be as prevalent in a Passion Pit album as it had turned out to be, and it actually worked well together with the brutally honest lyricism and the album's concept as a whole. Highlights for me are "Somewhere Up There", "Hey K", and "For Sondra (It Means The World To Me)".
Sir Sly Don't You Worry, Honey
The Japanese House Good At Falling
The Marias Superclean Vol.2
Twenty One Pilots Regional At Best

3.5 great
Coldplay X&Y
Eminem Kamikaze
Eminem ironically whining about his last album being bad and calling out half of the entire industry is some gold entertainment.

I DON'T KNOW HOW BUT THEY FOUND ME 1981 Extended Play
Japanese Breakfast Soft Sounds From Another Planet
Kero Kero Bonito Time 'n' Place

Superorganism Superorganism
The 1975 Notes on a Conditional Form
This album is a solid personification of the band themselves. An inconsistent yet beautiful mess
that is all over the place sonically. Notes has some of their best material yet, but is dragged
down by filler instrumentals that don't seem to serve any real purpose in the flow of the
tracklist. But somehow, this inconsistency seems to work in their favor (most of the time).
The Naked and Famous A Still Heart
Twenty One Pilots Blurryface

3.0 good
CHVRCHES Love Is Dead
Coldplay A Head Full of Dreams
Coldplay Mylo Xyloto
Twenty One Pilots Vessel

2.5 average
Fall Out Boy M A N I A
Yeah since its being delayed, this record will probably turn out better than it would have been if
released in September. But that wont defeat the direction the band is going for and purpose of
this project: Made-For-ESPN forgettable sports singles with simple yet bombastic chorus'. Folie
was their peak and M_________A_________N___________I__________A may as well be their lowest and
maybe even
final point.
Pale Waves All the Things I Never Said
It would be good if this EP was only The Tide and My Obsession. This band's habit of composing the same exact song with the same exact set of synths wont let them last long. They need variety.
Panic! at the Disco Pray for the Wicked
Not as bad as all of these pre-release negative ratings say it is. Some of these tracks actually
have decent melodies and choruses. But pass that, there isn't much really. The production is flat,
and the writing is so shallow and (at times) atrocious. God I miss Ryan Ross.
Rex Orange County Apricot Princess

2.0 poor
Lana Del Rey Lust For Life
Overrated. Drags on like most other Lana Del Rey albums. This much 808 production does not suit her at all. By pulling that off, she got rid of the only thing that made her music at least a tiny bit distinctive. Not to say there are some decent moments though (Love, Tomorrow Never Came). Its just that this record is way too long and has way too many songs that follow the same exact moody and melancholic sound. I don't understand the hype behind her, excluding some of her earlier work which I thought was pretty decent.
Pale Waves My Mind Makes Noises
Same old melodies and licks throughout all 14 tracks. They really do not know how to compose more
than 1 unique song. I'm baffled by how many people are actually digging the entire thing. They
can't distinguish themselves from The 1975 and, funny enough, themselves. Surprisingly, the only 2
good tracks are the one's produced by The 1975.
The Chainsmokers Memories...Do Not Open

1.0 awful
