Absinthius IX |
absolutely this album took me by surprise.(it's an album you put on play and
never skip a track) quality of production is over all consistent and
steady.rBlackened death metal at times and deathcore slam slugs at times fused
with just a hint of that progressive Melbourne style of heavy music.rIt's got
symphonic interludes in between technical riffs of seed lumbering mixture
sluggish severing-slamming evolutionary modern metal.rvocals derived such impact
the performance through out the album keep within demonic demon vocal like
patterns and hints of dissonant hardcore patterns.ralso it is a concept album
about Inferno. |

Slamophiliac Perihelion |
straightforward and to the point comma doesn't waste time it's short and sweet, at only 7 songs this is pure do-it-yourself grindy, sluge, slammish heavy as all balls drop off the wall music. |
Slaughter To Prevail Chapters of Misery |
Remember when this first hit the mainstream by surprise? still quite underground, yet major exposure on the Summer Slaughter Tour 2016 last year got them a chance to play in front of some what major crowds here and there that probably would have never been exposed to STP any other way. |
The Agony Scene Tormentor |
able to pull themselves from the depths of nowhere! (The Agony Scene) have seemingly picked up right were 2007's "Get Dammed" left off at and where the direction of the original 2003 album was going to begin with hence traces and drips of "The Darkest Red" the material of this, their forurth full length effort "Tormentor" 10 tracks at 35:32 - introduction track does a good job of a brief atmospheric awakening and seemingly picking up speed directly into a ferocious fury of swirling thrash licks. small tempos revisited of a past regenerated ghost Following a pretty good pattern of what you might expect very reminiscent of the time in which they came from. (not a bad thing, actually pretty good!) All in all pretty solid effort, the song "Like Weeds In The Field" rreally gets the mood pump in.r |
