There are times where no words are necessary, there are times when no words are needed, there are
times where no words are wanted.
Andy Black The Shadow Side
Come on, are any of you really surprised that I love this so much?
Avenged Sevenfold City of Evil
Twas the album that got me into music in the first place, twas the album that still rules hard.
Avenged Sevenfold Avenged Sevenfold
Black Veil Brides Set the World on Fire
This has, and always will be my favorite album since the day of its release over five years ago. Most of my biggest experiences in life have some sort of connection to this album, positive, or negative. This is an album I'll always treasure, and it will continue to be one of the biggest influences I have as a musician.
Black Veil Brides We Stitch These Wounds
I mean, y'all already know I think the album's lit; but what do I know? I'm just a Snide in his natural habitat.
Black Veil Brides Wretched and Divine
Breaking Benjamin Phobia
Fall Out Boy From Under the Cork Tree
If this is emo pop punk then just go ahead and put some guyliner and catchy melodies right on my
music taste fam. Album rules.
Falling in Reverse Coming Home
Ronnie finally lets go, and the new sound uplifts this new side of him so well. Everything has undergone a drastic improvement all the way down to the stylistic choices in the songwriting.
Frank Sinatra Come Fly With Me
Makes me want to grab a bottle of champagne, find a rocket ship, and take it right to a nice island with kickass sunsets.
Green Day American Idiot
Jeremy Soule The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Soundtrack
John Williams Star Wars, Episode III: Revenge of the Sith
Hands down the best score, and the best film in the franchise.
Linkin Park Meteora
Matchbox Twenty More Than You Think You Are
Album is the definitive magnum opus of 2000s radio rock. Wonderful vocals with perfectly fitting backing instrumentation. Holds up damn fine over the years.
Mayday Parade Mayday Parade
Album still makes me tear up a fair bit on some nights tbh.
Of Mice and Men The Flood
Olafur Arnalds Eulogy for Evolution
I'm not going to craft up some poignant soundoff to describe just how much I love this album, I'm just simply going to say that I love this shit. It's calming, relaxing, atmospheric, and grand.
Olafur Arnalds ...And They Have Escaped The Weight Of Darkness
Red (USA) End of Silence
Red (USA) Innocence and Instinct

4.5 superb
All Time Low Don't Panic
All Time Low Don't Panic: It's Longer Now!
I'm not panicking about this album being longer; in fact, I'm overjoyed at the fact that this album is longer.
Asking Alexandria Reckless and Relentless
The best party album, hands fucking down.
August Burns Red Constellations
Avenged Sevenfold Waking the Fallen
Avenged Sevenfold Nightmare
Avenged Sevenfold The Stage
This was released as a complete surprise today, no promotion, nothing. It's possibly one of the
best, if not the best effort in Avenged Sevenfold's discography. M. Shadows is screaming again,
it's a throwback to Waking the Fallen / City of Evil era days. The closing track "Exist", is over
15 minutes long, and it's one of the best songs of that length I've heard in a long time. This was
a completely unexpected treat, and is easily one of my top albums of the year for 2016.
Black Veil Brides Black Veil Brides
Black Veil Brides Alive and Burning - Live in Los Angeles
Breaking Benjamin Dark Before Dawn
If this is the "dark", then their next album is going to be an absolutely spectacular dawn.
Bring Me the Horizon There Is a Hell, Believe Me I've Seen It...
Bullet for My Valentine The Poison
Converge Jane Doe
Converge You Fail Me Redux
The production on this is absolutely fantastic, and puts it far above the original release in terms of quality.
Dayshell Nexus
The hype for them dosey bass tones, and Shayley's voice is real.

Edit: Dosey tones confirmed, album is a damn fine jam.
Escape the Fate Escape the Fate
Craig always fit this band better than Ronnie did, and this album was the band coming into their own.
GAME FREAK Pokémon Ruby & Pokémon Sapphire
GAME FREAK Pokémon Diamond & Pokémon Pearl
Get Scared Demons
I See Stars Treehouse
The songwriting has improved on a surprising scale from previous efforts; and while the production
may not be as polished as New Demons, it's a much more cohesive and consistently enjoyable effort
than previous I See Stars efforts by a mile.

Edit: This album only gets better with time, and overall the new direction is far better than
anything they've ever done before, and is far more enjoyable. The production makes more sense, and
the focus on the more melodic tendencies was absolutely needed. Time to bump my score up.
In Fear and Faith In Fear and Faith
Issues Headspace
John Williams Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone
John Williams Jurassic Park
Josh Groban Closer
The modern day Frank Sinatra. Beautiful voice, beautiful album.
Linkin Park Minutes to Midnight
Mayday Parade A Lesson In Romantics
Moving Mountains Pneuma
My Chemical Romance The Black Parade
When I was a young boy, my father took me into the city, and told me to get a job instead of writing Sputnik soundoffs. Somehow I managed to do both.
Of Mice and Men Of Mice and Men
High school jams that really never get old.
Palisades Palisades
A complete improvement in every way; they've upped their ability to craft catchy melodies, have
fixed their production issues, and have made a complete departure from the "party hardy" lyricism
of the last album. The new vocals are also a massive improvement.

Edit: Album is already growing hard, early contender for AOTY.
Pierce the Veil Collide with the Sky
Red (USA) Of Beauty and Rage
Red (USA) Until We Have Faces
Drastically underrated album, mainly because what everyone loves is still here. I just think most of the listeners got tired of that specific sound (and the fact that this is more ballad oriented)
Rhapsody of Fire From Chaos to Eternity
Riding Alone for Thousands of Miles Brick City Ghosts
SayWeCanFly Blessed Are Those
One of the strongest releases of the year; wonderful lyricism, beautiful instrumentals, and a
strong, yet soft accompanying voice to go along with it. The tasteful string accompaniment only
helps to bring the piano and acoustic to the forefront.
Silverstein I Am Alive In Everything I Touch
Toronto (Unabridged) is hands down the best song this band has ever done.
Silverstein This Is How the Wind Shifts
Sleeping With Sirens If You Were a Movie, This Would Be Your Soundtrack
Strapping Young Lad City
Sum 41 Chuck
How much would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?
The Devil Wears Prada Transit Blues
Already from the singles released, this album sounds like the band is finally unlocking their
total potential. Instrumentals, vocals, consistency, and songwriting have taken massive bounds of
improvement.

Edit: Possible AOTY material. Album is a complete style shift for this band, and oh boy does it
sound good.
Three Days Grace One-X
Trust Company The Lonely Position of Neutral
Still one of the most unique sounding vocalists in the genre. This band really captured something energetic and engaging on this album to a point where there's almost no problems with it overall.
Versailles Noble

4.0 excellent
A Day To Remember Common Courtesy
A Day To Remember Common Courtesy (Deluxe Edition)
This is still A Day To Remember's best effort, and it's not hard to see why, considering the band's flush with inspiration after a lengthy legal battle with Victory Records. Also "End of Me" and "Life @ 11" are both 5/5 songs.
Abhorrent Decimation Miasmic Mutation

Aerosmith Big Ones
Agalloch Marrow of the Spirit

Asking Alexandria The Black
Asking Alexandria Stand Up and Scream
Attack Attack! Someday Came Suddenly
Attila Outlawed
August Burns Red Found in Far Away Places
August Burns Red Thrill Seeker
The energy on this is absolutely astounding, and for almost entirely that reason alone this is one of my favorite albums by this band.
August Burns Red Messengers
August Burns Red Rescue & Restore
Avenged Sevenfold Waking the Fallen: Resurrected
Avenged Sevenfold Welcome to the Family
Avril Lavigne Goodbye Lullaby
Deryck Whibley and Avril Lavigne wrote this album together despite being divorced. If they can do that, I can make it to the gym four times a week. Motivational shit yo.
BackWordz Veracity
Be'lakor Of Breath and Bone
Beartooth Disgusting
Beyond All Recognition Beyond All Recognition
Beyond The Black Lost in Forever
An absolutely fantastic improvement from the debut, they figured out how to capitalize on their
penchant for catchy melodies, and improved just about every aspect of the music ten fold.
Bilmuri Jaguar Shark
Bilmuri Bilmuri
From Attack Attack! and The March Ahead to this, Johnny Franck has shown major improvement and versatility as a musician. This is easily the best project that he's ever been at the helm for.
Black Veil Brides Never Give In
The Gunsling is easily in BVB's top ten tracks of all time. Largely forgotten about EP due to
Knives and Pens's popularity as a track overshadowing everything else on here.

Boston Boston

Bring Me the Horizon That's the Spirit
Bring Me the Horizon Sempiternal
Bring Me the Horizon Suicide Season
Bring Me the Horizon Live at Wembley
Bring Me the Horizon Live at the Royal Albert Hall
Bullet for My Valentine Venom
Recovering this well after the last album's "Tears Don't Fall Pt. 2" is quite a feat, I gotta say.
Bullet for My Valentine Scream Aim Fire
Bullet for My Valentine Hand of Blood

Capture Reign of Terror
Album is an almost unbelievable improvement from their first effort.

If you feel like this record is insulting you, you should probably go to a burn center because
this shit is pretty fire.
Danny Worsnop The Long Road Home
A really solid country debut; he pushes his voice to new limits, especially on tracks like "High"
with his unexpectedly gorgeous falsetto voice. Production values are top notch, and the lyricism
is serviceable, especially for Country. Definitely worth checking out.

Edit: You're** such a fag snide. If you're gonna insult me, at least use correct grammar bruh.
Darke Complex Point Oblivion
Album is a pleasant surprise, really has a surprising amount of variety and is like a second draft of Linkin Park's Hybrid Theory / Meteora
Darkthrone A Blaze in the Northern Sky
Dayshell Dayshell
If you enjoy relaxed tones with a heavy mix emphasis on bass and vocals, I urge you to give Dayshell a try. Shayley's still figuring out exactly what he can do, but oh boy do his vocals soar.

Mayday Parade Tales Told By Dead Friends (Anniversary)
A fantastic remaster that brings out all of the best aspects of the band's debut EP through tone
and production adjustment, and the new song "The Problem With The Big Picture Is That It's Hard To
See" is one of the band's better ballads in recent memory.
Memphis May Fire This Light I Hold
A good improvement from "Unconditional", more riffs, better vocals, and a little experimentation
here and there. Album is a lot more consistent, and the production has taken a huge step up.

A surprisingly varied album, and it sounds
like the most fun they've had since Outlawed.
Some awkward choices here; but the
introduction of occasional clean vocal use, a
more riff focused approach, and suitable
production make up for some of the
questionable choices such as some filler, and
a few too many breakdowns.

"You can tell this album is bad by just by reading the terrible album name."

You can tell this album is great just by reading the normal release time soundoffs that think
they're being witty by handing out 1/5s like candy.

">Saying that Upon a Burning Body released a great album, you make me laugh."

Starting off with blatantly misinforming teasers about a band's return is one thing, but releasing

Anniversary Re-Release is just an insult to the memory of a fantastic album.

Nickelback Curb
Opeth Sorceress
The disappointment of seeing all of the entertaining sound-offs vanish into thin air, still
doesn't irritate me as much as this snooze fest does. The riffs are stale, the production is
sterile in the worst way, and the vocal performance is comparable to a groggy old man trying to
vocalize after waking up from a three day sleep.

Also, peacocks don't eat human flesh; one of these days, an enraged ornithologist is gonna smack
Mikael right in his smug, wannabe prog jaw for trying to be hipster with his bird choices. They
used to be dinosaurs millions of years ago, you prick. Treat them with some damn respect.

Avenged Sevenfold The Best of 2005-2013
Absolutely no-one should support this. The band had nothing to do with this, Warner Brothers
purposely released it to try and take away from A7X's new album sales (as they set the release
date to just a week before the supposed "leak" of the new album), and have adjusted said date yet
again. Greedy record label attempting greedy things because they're salty about A7X moving to
Capitol Records.

Britney Spears Glory
She would have been better off trying to copy her older styles that got her big in the first place. She's trying entirely too hard to match her style to current pop divas such as Ariana Grande, etc. She doesn't have a vocal style suited for that. Overproduced, and under delivered.

What the actual fuck happened to this band? I've never seen such a painfully bad execution of a style switch.
NSYNC Home for Christmas
oisincoleman64 One Stop Chop Top
There comes a time in life where the father of a musician tells his son; "Listen to me ol' sport, you've gotta get out there and make me proud, you've gotta try your hardest to create something that people will cherish and remember for the rest of their days." This talk never happened, and throughout the Nickelback sampling, the wildly distorted vocals, the clipping volume levels, and the random drum beats, this is all too painfully clear.
