Hi, I'm an edgy teenager who thinks this album is overrated because I don't like it as much as everyone else in the entire universe. Reason being I don't listen to metal in general in the first place and the riffs suck ass, especially when compared to Waking the Cadaver's music. PLEASE NOTICE ME |

Having performed melancholic, subversive music for ages, it seems rather odd or even blasphemous that the band would create such an optimistic and accessible album. however, that would be looking at it on the surface. Listening to James Dean's voice so deep and old is a bittersweet thing to hear, especially when listening to the music from their Richey Edward days but when looking at what the album truly stands for, the optimistic nature is something much needed. The Preachers celebrate life in the name of The Holy Bible's 20th anniversary and while that one stands as a masterpiece for it's midanthropic nature, this album is probably second place for MSP's best album for being the complete opposite of what The Holy Bible represents |
