One of the greatest industrial albums of all time. It may sound quiet and calm compared to some of FLA's later works, but there is an incredibly powerful sense of menace lurking amidst the atmospheric synthesizers, samples, and drum beats. It's subtle and minimalist album that may take a few listens to "get", but an astoundingly good one. "No Limit", "Antisocial", "Shutdown", and "Foolsgame" are my personal favourites, although every song is at least good.

Excellent album. Seeing "Paragun" live was the highlight of their latest tour. It sounds almost nothing like classic SP, but there is indisputably electronic genius behind the catchy, powerful beats and interesting sonic textures. In an odd way, it's actually very reminiscent of their very early work (think Remission): passionate, but far more restrained than the maelstroms of VIVIsecTVI or Too Dark Park. However, Weapon is also reminiscent of these albums, as it marks the first time in 20+ years that Skinny Puppy have actually tackled political subjects in their lyrics and done so spectacularly. This Is The Criminal Age, but at least we have good music.
