| I was hearing good things about this band from a friend so I decided to check them out. I got my hands on a copy of 'Rocket Ride'. Upon my first listen, all I could think about was that this band sounds exactly like every other band of this type. I found almost no originality, it was all good old power metal. I guess this could be a good thing for some of us but I like music that is exciting and original (DragonForce anyone?). What I am trying to say is, for power metal, this album is so average it's almost funny. |
