I drank some gin and watched this over the weekend. Helped me enjoy the album a bit more. Shame they couldn't capture how intense the bass was during Dim Ignition if you were actually at one of the shows. Shit was heavy af.
Blind Guardian At the Edge of Time
Sacred Worlds and Wheel of Time take their sound to a whole new level. They blend their style so well with the orchestras that it's hard to believe they haven't already been doing it for 30 years.

I'm still gonna jam this in 10 years. It won't even be funny how hard it's gonna get jammed. We're talking about tremendous jamming. This is a lot of riffs. So many riffs. You won't believe the number of riffs. Tremendous riffing. It's huge.

This band preforms with such energy and passion that it really ends up being an amazing band
celebrating the over-the-top qualities of power metal instead of a parody band that happens to
have a few awesome songs. Also helps that the song writing is top notch.
