Sowing When we look at contributors we want someone who has proven three things: quality writing, consistency (you don't need to write a review every day, we just want to know you won't disappear after getting promoted), and attention to new releases. There are always other things that come into play, such as your relationship with other users, side contributions such as news, band edits, and additions to the database, and your overall demeanor on the site.
