First half of album is generic top 40 sounding crap. Last half is really good though and he actually kind of comes
into his own. Much darker, serious vibe.. and his vocals are incredible. He could be a great artist if he'd stop
trying to appeal to the mainstream market. Just download tracks 8-15 and you'll be good.

Sigur Ros Valtari
This is the most ambient they've sounded since their first album, Von. People who hated their "happy pop" sound will be excited to hear that this album has none of it. It's actually very similar to Jonsi's "Riceboy Sleeps" project.

Sigur Ros Inni
One of the best live bands out there. This is a great way to experience a Sigur Ros show if you've never been.
The mix is very clear and raw sounding. Makes you feel like you're there. Includes a new instrumental song
and the rest of the set that didn't make it on the DVD.

Trippy beats and topnotch production blended with the beauty and emotion filled atmosphere of post rock. If Massive Attack and This Will Destroy You collaborated, it would sound like this. Highly recommended.

TesseracT One
Quite possibly the best "djent" release in the past decade. Apart from Periphery, there aren't many bands doing this. While Periphery has a very mechanical sound, TesseracT has an organic, more natural feel. The band chooses to embrace emotion rather than technicality and guitar shredding. The songs flow effortlessly and come across much less complex than they actually are. There's always an ambient underlying that sort of glues everything together in spectacular fashion. My only gripe is that they included the entire ep that was released shortly before. I would've liked all new material. The other 5 songs are fantastic though, and Eden is pr
