| bab808 well i'm working on my own project, developing a procedure for isolating cardiac myocytes from small left ventricular tissue sections so that we they can be measured. this is important, because our lab is trying to determine what happens at a cellular level during the progression from disease to heart failure. right now the only methods of isolating cells involve perfusion of the entire LV, and it is impossible for some of the other centers working on this project to do this. by creating
