| Parallels i know its quite tragic. nirvana could have been even more awesome if they sticked around. ive even heard that kurt was mentally disturbed and had crossdressing problems. deep stuff that is. its sad to hear of his death. i hate john lennon though. bleh.

| Trundle Actually no hip-hop album deserved to be on a "best of the decade" for the 2000's list, especially not a Jay-Z album. Sure there have been a few great hip-hop releases from the likes of Gang Starr, Afu-Ra, AZ and Cannibal Ox, but nothing amazing. The 90's was the golden era for hip-hop. I hope that the hip-hop revival will come shortly.

| DiceMan Then you are basing your statement that "post-hardcore is dead" on the lowest in the genre instead of the highest in the genre, which is essentially flawed logic. Tell me, if there is a class of 20 people, and 18 get A's on a test and 2 get F's, can you say that the entire class is stupid because of the lowest scores? Listen to Thrice, any of their stuff but particularly their earlier stuff and tell me that post hardcore is dead.
