r* Henry Crawford is the man behind the New York based project Small Wonder. He classifies himself as ?agnostic gospel? and made some pretty serious music. Really solid sophomore release. With 2012 releasing a large amount of sophomore slump albums (see the xx's coexist, Two Door Cinema Club's Beacon, the list goes on) and few sophomore albums released by bands I listen to in 2013, this album had me with mixed feelings when I first heard about it's release. 'Cavalier' dropped and I liked it, but it didn't feel like James Vincent McMorrow, it felt more like James Vincent trying to do a James Blake album. It was good, but just not what I expected.
