    April 18 02:23 AM
  • Rowan5215 Simpsons reference I'm pretty sure. Dude that song is ****ing 6/5 though
    April 18 02:19 AM
  • Rowan5215 I, I wanted to knooow, if I could PLEEEEEASE COOOOOOOME HOOOOOOOME
    April 18 02:05 AM
  • Rowan5215 That's not weird at all when There There explodes is the second best moment on the album. You have to hear the chorus of And Now I'm Nothing dude godDAMN
    April 18 02:01 AM
  • Rowan5215 Suburbia is legit just as awesome as it so give that a spin, the Upsides is good too
    April 18 01:56 AM
  • Rowan5215 Its not bad yeah. You heard their other albums yet?
    April 17 07:21 PM
  • Rowan5215 It does drop off a fair bit after Teenage Parents until Cul-De-Sac comes in. A Raindance in Traffic would be fantastic without that fart of a chorus
    April 16 11:53 PM
  • Rowan5215 The entire reprise section is beyond amazing
    April 16 11:40 PM
  • Rowan5215 Man I'm surprised you didn't check them earlier. Just wait until I Just Want to Sell Out my Funeral goddamn
    April 15 02:23 AM
  • Frippertronics yeah, lemme know when you check out Médéric Collignon, check "A la recherche du roi frippe", a rec from your jazz thread. a big damn King Crimson cover album that is crazier than the source material
    April 13 06:22 PM
  • Frippertronics I jammed Siamese Dream a few months back on your suggestion. I remember you being pissed that I gave it a 4 or something
    April 13 06:10 PM
  • SgtPepper Yeah, that's an awesome track. I've always been fond of "haitian fight song". I would say that's my favourite from him. it's got that grooving swing kind of feel to it, but also has a spontaneous side that's revealed in its progression.
    April 9 12:06 AM
  • SgtPepper Hey, man. Not much. same old, same old. That's cool, man. jazz is interesting. Glad to see your on board with it. Looks like you're really loving Mingus.
    April 8 08:47 PM
  • Chortles yessir
    April 8 08:51 AM
  • dannyboy89 It's not a popular opinion to have dude, but yeah. I've heard it 4 times and it doesn't seem to be growing. I much prefer Foxtrot tbh, that might shape up to be my fave Genesis in time. Did you see my last list?
    April 4 06:21 PM
  • dannyboy89 Man I have to be honest with you, I think TLLDoB is a bit overrated. The first disc is solid, but the 2nd disc just rubs me the wrong way in parts.
    April 4 11:51 AM
  • tommygun dude get ready they're so good omg
    April 1 07:29 PM
  • Atari it's all good, just curious to hear what you think when you do! Not expecting you to like his solo album as much as you like outkast but i think you'll enjoy it nonetheless
    March 20 04:55 PM
  • Atari hey man did you check out big boi's debut?
    March 20 03:56 PM
  • Chortles outkast mayne

  • dannyboy89 I'm seein' the Peppers live in April man, should be sweet. Have you ever seen 'em?
    March 16 02:59 PM
  • dannyboy89 YoYo, what's your opinion of Chad Smith's drumming?
    March 16 02:03 PM
  • Insurrection those all would be in my top 10. clyde bruckman, pusher, home, paper hearts and unruhe are probably my top 5 so far. really sucks that david duchovny left the show, he was mostly what made it so great imo. now my only duchovny fix is from californication :/
    March 14 11:18 PM
  • Insurrection the thing is ive seen so many random episodes from every season (except 7-9, only saw a couple from 7 and 8), i guess ill just go in order and skip the ones ive seen recently. what are your personal favorite episodes?
    March 14 07:50 PM
  • Insurrection "death only looks for you once you seek its opposite" holy s*** that gave me chills. you got any other recs?
    March 14 06:32 PM
  • YakNips I'm working on it man
    March 14 04:29 PM
  • Atari http://www.sputnikmusic.com/review/38033/Big-Boi-Sir-Lucious-Left-Foot/
    March 13 06:10 PM
  • Spag I was watching a few more of the Spongebob ones. He has good points, I absolutely hate how much of a prick Patrick is on the show now lol. (Or for the past years)
    March 13 05:44 PM
  • Spag Lol dude I saw you comment on that Top 10 Squidward Torture Porn, and I have to say I completely agree with number 1 on that list. That was the one episode that really irritated me.
    March 13 05:34 PM
  • dannyboy89 Dude, you need to check TAD - Inhaler ASAP. Awesome album, jamming it atm and it rules face.
    March 12 09:49 PM

    March 11 09:26 PM
  • Rowan5215 Honesty I just think its not for me
    March 11 04:52 PM
  • Rowan5215 DON'T JUDGE ME. No hip hop and rap do absolutely nothing for me I'm afraid
    March 11 04:42 PM
  • Rowan5215 Yeah, I know. Am I weird if those two are some of my favourites off Mellon Collie? They're so relaxed.
    March 11 04:39 PM
  • dannyboy89 Outside the Big 4, have you jammed any lesser known grunge acts?
    March 11 12:25 AM
  • ArsMoriendi Is this J Mascis on your profile pic? Cool.
    March 8 11:06 PM
  • Rowan5215 I thought so, same dude sung Take Me Down, right? I really like his voice.
    March 8 07:24 PM
  • Rowan5215 Who sings on Blew Away?
    March 8 07:20 PM
  • Rowan5215 I've just been joining in dude I wasn't the bumper
    March 8 07:14 PM
  • Rowan5215 Yo YoYo Yo I checked out Adore and Oceania. Might just get it over with and finish the discog with Machina 1 and 2 and Zeitgeist today
    March 8 05:42 PM
  • Rowan5215 You wot
    February 28 11:34 PM
  • Rowan5215 Pissant would've been a better opener, and Disarm would've been a better closer. s*** LIVES FOREVER COS s*** LIVES FOREVEEEEEEERRRR BLIEAEIEIEIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
    February 28 09:49 PM
  • Rowan5215 Also, I checked Mellon Collie and Pisces Iscariot too
    February 28 06:35 PM
  • Rowan5215 Just a Man is my favourite, and also my favourite Patton song. The title track is also incredible, with Evidence and Gentle Art being tied for third. Either way, I'm glad you dig. I think I'll 4.5 Siamese Dream because the closer is rubbish and despite the s*** this might get me I still don't like Cherub Rock
    February 28 06:34 PM
  • Rowan5215 Yeah and you were right about Siamese Dream
    February 28 03:45 AM
  • Rowan5215 Dude I have it 5d, I ****ing love that album. You should've been in plug for Patton night, so good
    February 27 02:51 AM
  • MusicPlayer Ihihihihihi you so cool
    February 20 11:14 PM
  • MusicPlayer Still uhuhuhuhu yooooo!!! Ihihihihihi
    February 20 11:09 PM
  • MusicPlayer YoYo!!!!!
    February 20 11:03 PM
  • ArsMoriendi I know I can be a little hypocritical sometimes, sorry. Uh, no hard feelings?
    February 18 11:23 PM
  • Chortles unwound2gud omg can't handle. and I mean still jam plenty of other things but yeah those have definitely become the forefront of my interests in the past year or so
    February 17 04:51 PM
  • Chortles Dude you've gotta jam the future of what soon, it's slowly climbing up to the top with my fav unwound albums
    February 17 04:25 PM
  • FearTomorrow Drumming eh? Downloading. Album art is sweet too.
    February 16 04:41 PM
  • FearTomorrow Only heard Soft Bulletin and Clouds Taste Like Metallica. I should prob check others soon. I actually saw them on the Embryonic tour and it was amazing.
    February 16 04:38 PM
  • FearTomorrow omg dude next thing I know you're gonna tell me you don't even drum or that dubstep is good
    February 16 03:55 PM
  • FearTomorrow This is ****ed
    February 16 03:48 PM
  • Lambda Thank you for the kind words, good sir
    February 15 06:59 PM
  • FearTomorrow dat bassline in Buggin' tho
    February 14 06:26 PM
  • FearTomorrow Probably my favourite, but I'm really partial to the ones with the gargantuan, booming drums
    February 14 06:20 PM
  • FearTomorrow Haha I guess I just never thought about it. I got into that one a long time ago so it's not usually at the forefront of my mind. Definitely one of my favourite records though, Feeling Yourself Disintegrate, Buggin', Spiderbite, Race, Waitin' for Superman, every song is just fantastic
    February 14 06:16 PM
  • FearTomorrow Fair enough, 4.5 is definitely deserving. And yeah, just looked up the Cheap Vodka lyrics... not good
    February 13 03:39 AM
  • FearTomorrow Nice one jamming Focus. One of my fav albums for sure. But I gotta ask... what happened to your Acid Bath 5, bro?
    February 12 08:07 PM
  • tempest-- i will give it a listen then, for sure! :D
    February 11 08:37 PM
  • tempest-- !!! nah i just had them wiped because i felt that a lot of them were wrong! i uh......................... have never listened to it))))) i have heard gish and i like the drumming but the rest of the band was pretty average imo im sorry :-{{
    February 11 08:18 PM
  • tempest-- haha damn! im thinkin of doing all my ratings again, what do you think? this decision relies on your answer!
    February 11 08:04 PM
  • YakNips Cool, man. Thanks for the shout.
    February 9 01:55 AM
  • YakNips You in a band?
    February 9 01:22 AM
  • YakNips Better dude, better. Label is almost fully functional. How you been?
    February 9 01:16 AM
  • Frippertronics you up to jam some enid? me and dooright are jamming h/ http://plug.dj/hard-jammers/
    February 6 05:35 PM
  • FearTomorrow Dude Gish is blowing my mind.
    February 5 05:23 PM
  • FearTomorrow I'm not listening to Gish 'til you listen to Scrambles!!!!!!!
    February 4 11:25 PM
  • Chortles Funeral diner - the underdark. I probably like it a hair better, it's nothing like the technical crazy stuff in gospel (other than the drumming) but it's some really amazing music. Might be in my top 10 records tbh
    February 4 05:36 PM
  • dannyboy89 Do you like Deep Purple?
    February 3 11:15 PM
  • FearTomorrow Scrambles is super different, definitely at least give it a try.
    February 3 11:12 PM
  • FearTomorrow Yes. Gish. Btw you should listen to Scrambles. I'll jam Gish if you jam Scrambles. Or To Leave or Die in Long Island. I'll probably jam Gish either way but... it would make me happy.
    February 3 09:34 PM
  • FearTomorrow Downloading. Stoked. I have a feeling I'll like it more than the over ambitious Melon Collie (I know you love it to death, but double albums rarely work for me).
    February 3 09:32 PM
  • Chortles Glad to hear it brotha! The moon is a dead world is amazing, it's basically tied for my fave scramz album
    February 3 09:09 PM
  • YakNips It's on my list of albums to check out man
    February 3 12:36 PM
  • FearTomorrow I still need to hear Gish, actually.
    February 2 05:41 PM
  • FearTomorrow We gotta get that s*** up to a 4.5 average.
    February 2 04:01 PM
  • Frippertronics Maybe after Foxtrot, you can check this? In The Region of the Summer Stars (1976 Original)https://mega.co.nz/#F!1wU3gQwL!bBtsFgqau0MKbgSZP4cyXg
    February 2 12:19 AM
  • dannyboy89 Dude, I think I'm starting to like Gish more than SD. Both are awesome, but I dunno, I think Gish edges it out by a tad.
    January 31 08:18 PM
  • Chortles tasty huh
    January 30 11:00 PM
  • Rowan5215 Dunno what wutok is supposed to mean but here's your incentive http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H5dt_8xXgqo
    January 27 09:08 PM
  • Rowan5215 He's the ****ing bees knees slathered in honey and bacon licking you and crooning into your ears - so yeah check out the album Let Love In
    January 27 08:56 PM
  • Rowan5215 Stop forcing me I'm jamming Nick Cave and NOTHING interrupts that
    January 27 08:53 PM
  • Rowan5215 **** you :-) I look forward to the reviews though
    January 27 08:45 PM
  • Rowan5215 I hate shuffle, and I probably won't be listening to anything new in that time
    January 27 08:41 PM
  • Rowan5215 I wish you would've done it earlier, man, cos this is my last day of holidays. I'm back at school from tomorrow and I doubt if I'll have time to burn through any discogs then :/
    January 27 08:38 PM
  • dannyboy89 BTW, which to you are the worst QOTSA albums?
    January 22 05:48 PM
  • dannyboy89 If you enjoy Sad Wings of Destiny, jam Sin After Sin and Stained Class next. Then, if you feel like it, jam Rocka Rolla. After Stained Class I doubt the rest will interest you, as it's mostly on the commercial side of things.
    January 20 06:51 PM
  • dannyboy89 How many bands have you been in?
    January 19 02:39 PM
  • BigHans Thanks dude good to be back if just for a bit.
    January 18 09:17 PM
  • Chortles probably. trilogy and Death Valley 69 (from BMR) gives it a run for its money though
    January 18 06:53 PM
  • Chortles luv it. such a great album. Kim's songs are so good, shadow of a doubt and secret girl omg so chilling
    January 18 05:54 PM
  • Rowan5215 Yeah breh I DLd all their stuff, only listened to Gish and Siamese Dream yesterday though so will hit up the rest sometime soon. From Soma onwards Siamese Dream was damn good
    January 17 07:24 PM
  • tommygun agreed hard man sweet record
    January 15 11:39 PM
  • Rowan5215 Yeah dude I'll do my best!
    January 14 08:46 PM
  • Rowan5215 Just gonna download them anyway, in case I like them more than you, but cheers man thanks for the advice
    January 14 08:34 PM
  • Rowan5215 Isn't Oceania like a follow up to some EPs though? Do I check the EPs too?
    January 14 08:26 PM
  • Rowan5215 Sweet, should I just go chrono after that? For some reason I have never listened to them before
    January 14 08:18 PM
  • Rowan5215 What's the best album/first album I should check by Smashing Pumpkins
    January 14 08:01 PM
  • Chortles werd my man I'll put it on hold! but it is important so I'll come back to it for sure
    January 14 06:24 PM
  • silversound word man, thanks for being a bro. ps, you should check my last rated album on this account, think youd like it a lot
    January 14 04:15 PM
  • silversound well i made this alt in case there was anything SUPER IMPORTANT to comment about and to gather jammers but i guess i relapsed like an 80s glam guitarist, god damn it. im trying to change but so far im not very good at it
    January 14 04:05 PM
  • silversound sputnik is dum dums, lol don't give me away tho. and i asked to be banned cause i was gettin depressed about how much time i waste here
    January 14 03:54 PM
  • Chortles yes, yes they do. speaking of ruling nuts.. I have a srs hard nut ruling rec for ya once you graduate from sonic youth :]
    January 14 12:36 AM
  • Chortles hah i'll have to listen to it much more before i rate it. and yeah, i love the lips, soft bulletin is prob my fave from them. their newest album is great too
    January 13 10:23 PM
  • Chortles How many yoyo points do I get for that?
    January 13 09:50 PM
  • Chortles Yo I liked that everclear album but I was a tad drunk last night (ironic considering the band name) but my comment about da alt rock was still a bit true
    January 12 06:49 PM
  • Chortles I did whenever you recd it to me, I liked it but I'm afraid alt rock of that vein has worn a bit thin on me over the years so I never jammed again
    January 12 03:18 AM
  • fromtheinside you jammin tonight yos
    January 10 11:28 PM
  • tommygun that what's in my bag vid is so funny, wish he'd blow his damn nose though haha
    January 7 06:19 AM

    January 7 01:00 AM
  • tommygun nope haven't seen it, will check! i love how he says guitar is a wimpy instrument and he doesn't like it and when asked why he plays it *long pause* 'i dunno'
    January 7 12:22 AM
  • tommygun lol yes, dude i could watch mascis interviews on youtubr for hours! he's so fvcking awkward
    January 7 12:14 AM

    January 4 04:11 PM
  • Chortles Werd, there is literally nothing better than rain king at full volume
    January 4 01:26 AM
  • Chortles I understand man sonic youth is super addicting! Haha not surprised, whenever me and demi are in plug we always spam it cuz we're obsessed! It really is one of the best ever. and dude I'm pumped for ya, hopefully I'll be 3 for 3
    January 3 10:45 PM
  • Rowan5215 Oh yeah haha that one is horrible
    January 3 10:10 PM
  • Rowan5215 Four episode it and its pretty damn satisfying so far, I'm told it only gets better and the payoff is unbelievable. Which one was Chimera again?
    January 3 10:03 PM
  • Rowan5215 Nothing much, I've started watching the Wire now. Still that finale of S7 though
    January 3 09:50 PM
  • Rowan5215 He's pretty good but I've only heard all his albums once each
    January 3 09:41 PM
  • Chortles Yo yo my man did you see my post on your list? Pumped for you to get more into post hardcore
    January 3 01:41 AM
  • dannyboy89 I think DOTU is a bit inconsistent, great songs on it, but the 3rd quarter is rather bland imo. SUK and BMF crush it easily.
    January 3 12:26 AM
  • dannyboy89 If you wrote anything after "Rusty Cage", I can't see it. But yeah, that song rules too hard.
    January 2 12:52 AM
  • dannyboy89 Dude, how would you rank SG's openers? And, how would you rank their closers?
    January 1 09:39 PM
  • YakNips Sweet, I've heard great things about Daydream Nation, I'll check it out tonight
    January 1 05:51 PM
  • YakNips Not yet, what album should I start with?
    January 1 04:48 PM
  • Chortles it should be, it's not nearly the scope of DN but it brings the alt and noise just as hard. it's probably more consistent too
    December 30 05:59 PM
  • Chortles sweet man, that one barely eclipses daydream nation as my fave, you'll love it. all their albums are slow burners though I think so you may not think any of them are amazing at first
    December 30 05:43 PM
  • Chortles yeah it can be a bit to take in at first but it's amazing indeed. sister and evol and goo are the other must listens now but if you ever want to hear real noise insanity listen to their early albums, they're crazy
    December 30 05:31 PM
  • mryrtmrnfoxxxy o are u a fan of artie
    December 30 12:10 PM
  • Chortles Glad to hear it brotha, I wasn't kidding when I said GOAT band lol
    December 30 11:22 AM
  • tommygun got daydream nation only heard once tho slackin hard, must rectify
    December 29 11:03 PM

    December 28 09:05 PM
  • demigod! oh hell yea dude every song on there is one of their best songs tbh
    December 28 08:58 PM

    December 26 10:42 PM
  • demigod! oh my GOD dude NIIICE! such awesome packaging, one of my favourite cover arts. Really glad you dig it enough to shell out some cash on a vinyl!
    December 26 10:37 PM
  • WeepingBanana Yeah dude. I'm excited to read her most recent one NW
    December 25 02:01 PM

    December 24 12:12 AM
  • tommygun http://www.mediafire.com/download/55b12z6rs95baw1/Dinosaur.rar
    December 23 02:03 AM
  • Rowan5215 If you're planning on watching every season of X Files then watch the Lone Gunmen in between 8 and 9
    December 23 12:28 AM
  • Rowan5215 Have you ever seen the Lone Gunmen TV series?
    December 23 12:24 AM
  • Rowan5215 Well Gilligan did work on the X-Files so I suppose it makes sense
    December 23 12:24 AM
  • Rowan5215 When did they steal it? hahaha
    December 23 12:15 AM
  • Rowan5215 Well a lot of people were dissatisfied with IWTB because after so many years of waiting, they just did a monster-of-the-week episode as a movie. It's a fair complaint, but it's still a really well made and acted movie. Billy Connolly is incredible in it. The Two Fathers cliffhanger is among the best ever
    December 23 12:11 AM
  • Rowan5215 I'm probably one of the few people who actually like I Want to Believe, but still I think a third film would be amazing and hopefully different from IWTB and more focused on the mythology
    December 23 12:01 AM
  • Rowan5215 Oh yeah S6 is fantastic, from a comedy point of view it's the peak of the show. Duchonvy, Anderson, Carter and Spotnitz are all down for making a movie they're just waiting for approval from the producers and whatnot. It's driving me insane
    December 22 11:56 PM
  • Rowan5215 Yeah the mythology is a grand thing, if only they could conclude it somehow with a final episode or film. Field Trip is brilliant too of course, I love that subtle reveal of the hallucinations especially the one involving the Lone Gunmen.
    December 22 11:44 PM
  • Rowan5215 The X Files is like that sometimes in general, I haven't watched it all the way through in so long because it's very hard to do that.
    December 22 11:38 PM
  • Rowan5215 Alrighty, I'll try not to forget. I just remembered about X-Cops, haha brilliant
    December 22 10:11 PM
  • Rowan5215 Awesome! I'll check them out, I have s***loads of free time now haha. Yeah that storyline was weird as **** but I still love S7
    December 22 07:47 PM
  • Rowan5215 I haven't! That's awesome dude, where you up to?

  • Chortles haha fair enough but DAMN does it ever rule. corpse pose ramped up like that must've been incredible to witness, i mean as well as most of their songs but still
    December 22 05:38 PM
  • demigod! sir psycho sexy has always been one of my faves but the whole section from funky monks to the title track is just incredible
    December 22 04:28 PM
  • demigod! haha i acutally JUST jammed it in full on the bus for the first time in ages. Such a classic records, every track just brings the funk hard
    December 22 04:24 PM
  • Chortles duder if you love leaves turn inside you, you need to check live leaves. it'll make you hate yourself for not seeing unwound live in 01
    December 22 04:07 PM
  • SgtPepper Yeah, I've kind of arrived to an odd place as far as my music taste goes. but I've been wanting to get into a wider variety of music. Your list as fantastic though. We really have a similar taste. I also haven't jammed SOAD in so long, probably going to do that tonight.
    December 17 06:46 PM
  • dannyboy89 Do you like Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath equally?
    December 16 10:43 PM
  • evilford Yisss. Definitely gonna get deep into this genre
    December 16 09:35 PM
  • YakNips Yeah I've heard of em and heard a few songs and digged em, I've heard great things about this album. I'll check it out :)
    December 16 08:57 PM
  • YakNips Thank you very much YoYo! I'm glad you liked that review, I like it too but I think it was too personal for a lot of people. But yeah thanks a lot that's like my favorite review I've written

    December 11 08:12 PM
  • Mongi123 Yea it was cool. I really liked how in Infinite how the rebels basically become the terrorists that destroy the city. Pretty chilling plot device actually. They were just as bad as comstock.
    December 3 09:53 PM
  • Mongi123 Oh yea I forgot about Colombia. That was one hell of a city they created. Maybe that's why 2 was lacking a bit. We've been here before.
    December 3 09:50 PM
  • Mongi123 2 is pretty good. Better than most stuff put out on the market. I will say that Infinite suffers from generic gameplay, but in terms of story and characters, one of the greatest stories ever told. That goddamn ending man.
    December 3 09:45 PM
  • Mongi123 Agreed. What you think of the second one?
    December 3 09:41 PM
  • Mongi123 No way man. Game is near perfect for me. The little sisters all stabbing Fontane at the end still disturbs me. Something about hearing little girls scream "kill him. KILL HIM!" is just not right lol
    December 3 09:36 PM
  • Mongi123 And everything after it man. Fontane is one of the best villians ever. How the guy that played him immediately switched from a Scottish accent to his Fontane voice in seconds is insane.
    December 3 09:30 PM
  • Mongi123 Oh haha yea that'll do it. If I'm being perfectly honest, that game is one of the best works of modern fiction. Totally blew me away my first playthrough. And it still does everytime I play it.
    December 3 09:26 PM
  • Mongi123 Haha of course. Not many people dislike the first bioshock at least. What made you say that?
    December 3 09:22 PM
  • demigod! yeah I think it's my AOTY. jaming Boxer right now, great stuff
    December 2 09:15 PM

  • Rowan5215 Nah haven't listened to them, what style?
    November 30 10:51 PM
  • Chortles i jammed it the other week actually, it still rocks hard but it isn't nearly as amazing to me anymore. kinda depressing
    November 28 08:32 PM
  • Chortles good times
    November 28 03:34 PM
  • demigod! Itll keep growing, it did for me. Theres literally not a single so g there i dont love, and the production is perfectly raw, crisp yet deep and powerful. Da best.
    November 28 03:10 PM
  • demigod! so glad you dig those who fear man, seriously one of my fav albums ever

    November 18 09:38 PM
  • XingKing Their first two albums might as well be a different band because it's literally just generic ska. Their evolution is mind blowing
