Comatorium.'s super stoned 15 year old mind reeled with the awesomeness it was beholding, and it was love at first listen. Been a hardcore fan ever since. | Comatorium. Try out Candy Cigarettes and Capguns, its their first (i believe) full length, its their most straightforward and accessible album with some real gems on it (Cigarettes, I Love You, Scenesters, **** White People, Daddy Didn't Love Me)

| Inveigh the only album of his that I have is 88 Keys, it's pretty ok. The production is definitely cool. I'm not a huge fan of his as a lyricist for the most part (at least on that album), but he's definitely not bad. I've heard his new one is pretty good, plus a buddy of mine is in a band called Passafire and they hung out with Grieves on Warped Tour a lot this year -- apparently he's a cool dude.

| FelixCulpa Yeah I was familiar with too, but after I got into Giles Corey I decided to give it a real go and I found myself liking it quite a bit// They sound pretty fun I must say! They do sound a lot like Dropkick Murphy's although that's not necessarily a bad thing.

| FelixCulpa Checked out a song on youtube and I thought it was ok. Didn't dig the vocals to much. Thanks for the rec though! You should get Have a Nice Life - Deathconsciousness. It's Dan Barret (Giles corey) and another guy, who's name escapes me. Great shoegaze, ambient, industrial black metal whatever. It's similar too Giles Corey in the way there are layers upon layers of music.

| FelixCulpa Congrats on getting married! Ireland is probably pretty awesome too. My sis was an exchange student is SF from august of last year to April this year so I've lot's about the city. Best thing is that I could buy records without having to pay 13$ for shipping, she became my packing mule ;). Plus she bought me F#A(Infinity) on vinyl as a gift from an Amoeba record store which was pretty awesome.

I actually really want to visit the US. Although maybe not go to Minnesota, rather NYC,SF, L.A or Chigago. | FelixCulpa Robert Plant? The Swedish reviews I've read from it (All whom which are actually very positive) claim they got a Zepplin sound to them. Also just some info that you could use in the intro. Hisning is Sweden's 5th largest island and is part of Sweden's second biggest city, Gothenburg.

| foreverendeared Hmmm, it helps if you've studied philosophy and psychology first. Not like a degree's worth in each subject, but just an introductory understanding.

| foreverendeared I love The Stranger. You should read Demian by Hermann Hesse next. It's a great book to follow up The Stranger with and it's not a long read either. THEN get either Game of Thrones or Clash of Kings next.

| foreverendeared I'd say you wouldn't miss any of the main plot details, but you will miss out on a lot of the details of the characters. So you won't be lost if you start at the second book concerning the story, but characters will probably say and do things that you will only get if you've read the first one. If that make sense.

| foreverendeared That's one cool thing about Game of Thrones is it's a series that, in my view, was made for fans of the book, so they stick to the story exactly as it is in the book. The book obviously has a lot more going on in it than the tv show, but what they do touch on in the show is pretty much perfect. I'd definitely say you should read the books. If you want, you could even just skip to book 2 since you have a general idea of what happens in book 1 from the show.

| foreverendeared Well the books are pretty long, but it's actually a really fast, easy read. Unless you just have too much going on where you can't devote a few hours a week to reading it, then I'd say yeah I guess skip the books, but seeing as you love the show so much, there is SOOO much the tv show leaves out (it really only hits on the most important scenes), I'd have to say you should definitely get the books. Hope I helped!
