American band Ok Go has released a music video to their single 'Upside Down & Inside Out', which was released on February 11, 2016. The video was shot in a partner ship with Russian airline S7 Airlines using parabolic flights to simulate zero-gravity.
'Upside Down & Inside Out' is the latest in OK Go's long line of single-take choreographed music videos which have gone viral on the internet since 2006, some of which are posted below.
Skeletonwitch have been quiet about their new vocalist for awhile. Coming up to the Decibel Magazine 2016 tour, which will begin in middle March, Skeletonwitch have finally announced their new singer to be Adam Clemans from Wolvhammer.

We Are the in Crowd lead vocalist Tay Jardine have revealed trough her personal twitter that the upcoming third full-length album by the New York five-piece won't be seeing the light of day anytime soon as she and the rest of We Are the In Crowd except for founding members Jordan Eckes (guitar, co-lead vocals) and Rob Chianelli (drums) have started a new project which will feature her as the sole lead vocalist. The band reportedly finished recording their third album in 2015 but decided to part ways due to musical differences and has been inactive on their social media accounts since 2014.
Jardine commented the following regarding moving on from We Are the in Crowd: “I was writing melodies in a way that didn’t involve two people, splitting parts from a male perspective or whatever. Rabbit Junk have released a long-awaited compilation of the singles released during their spell of inactivity from 2011-2013. The tracks are all remastered and feature additional B-Sides as well as rare track "From the Ashes," the first track released after the death of JP Anderson's sister in 2013. Instrumental versions of tracks "Break Shins to This," "Boy With the Sun In His Eyes" and "Own Up" are also included.

Ryan Knight, the lead guitarist for melodic death metal band The Black Dahlia Murder, has quit the band, according to Lambgoat.
Knight said, "After nearly 7 years with The Black Dahlia Murder, I feel the time has come for me to step down and focus on other aspects of my life. The decision to leave was very difficult, yet necessary I feel for me to ultimately be happy and keep moving forward."
Blaqk Audio, electronic side project of current AFI members Davey Havok and Jade Puget, have debuted a new track via California's Live 105. The song, "Anointed", is the first single off the duo's upcoming yet to be titled third album.

Maurice White, founder and former bandleader of R&B band Earth, Wind & Fire, has passed away at the age of 74 after a long battle with Parkinson's disease. Maurice's younger brother, Verdine, shared the news on Facebook. He wrote:
My brother, hero and best friend Maurice White passed away peacefully last night in his sleep. While the world has lost another great musician and legend, our family asks that our privacy is respected as we start what will be a very difficult and life changing transition in our lives. Thank you for your prayers and well wishes.
