Hardcore band Stick To Your Guns have announced that their fifth record Disobedient will be released on February 10, 2015 through Sumerian Records. The band worked with producer John Feldmann (The Used, Story Of The Year) during the recording process in the first half of 2014.
'Disobedient' is the followup to 2012's 'Diamond'. Vocalist Jesse Barnett had this statement regarding the album:
"Growing up in a world where we are taught to submit, blindly follow and unquestioningly comply, this album is a critique and unlearning of these Stepford mindsets." He concluded with, "Where we should be glorifying doing what is right instead of what we're told, we are only failing each other. Not anymore. Forever Disobedient."
This news was released through Alt Press and includes a short teaser of the album.

weird streak by not only continuing rapping off kilter, but by producing the track himself.
The beat a strange mishmash of noises that shares some qualities with rap but is more sonically similar to IDM
— in particular in its glitchy hi-hats and the unexpectedly gentle synth lead that sounds like something Aphex
Twin might have made back during his Richard D. James Album era.
