Canadian rockers Three Days Grace have detailed their upcoming fifth studio album, entitled Human.
Tthe record marks the band's first with new vocalist Matt Walst, formerly of My Darkest Days and the younger brother of bassist Brad Walst, who joined the band following the departure of longtime frontman Adam Gontier.
The tracklist for Human can be seen below, and will contain the chart-topping hits 'Painkiller' and 'I Am Machine'.

After ten years of silence, Swedish power metal group Timeless Miracle have announced through their Facebook page that they will be entering the studio to record songs for their upcoming sophomore album, known as Under the Moonlight.

Canadian post-rock legends Godspeed You! Black Emperor have just now announced the release of their new album Asunder, Sweet and Other Distress, as well as releasing an excerpt from their latest song 'Peasantry or ‘Light! Inside of Light!’'.
This news was later confirmed by Constellation Records on Twitter. The new album will be their shortest full length LP standing in at only forty minutes.
Asunder, Sweet and Other Distress is set to be released on March 31.

Smooth indie rock four-piece Mariage Blanc are streaming a new single from their upcoming album, No Autobiography. The album is set to release on April 7th and the new track, titled "We've Got Time," can be streamed via the link below.
Ukranian black metallers Drudkh have released a song from their upcoming record A Furrow Cut Short. The song is called "Till Foreign Ground Shall Cover Eyes" and premiered via the website No Clean Singing. The album is set for release on May 18th.
The British quartet have released a video from their forthcoming album Last of Our Kind. The song, entitled 'Barbarian', describes the Vikings' invasion in East Anglia and the death of Edmund the Martyr.
The album, the follow-up to 2012's Hot Cakes is due to be released on June 1.

Brooklyn post/black metal act Sannhet has shared their forthcoming sophmore LP 'Revisionist' on Pitchfork.com. The group was also interviewed by the site. In which, they discuss the album, their live performance, and genre labeling.
Best Coast has announced via their Facebook page and website that their new album, California Nights, will be released on May 5th on Harvest.
They have released the first song and video from this album, 'California Nights', on VEVO.

Ohio metalcore band The Plot In You have released a new song from their upcoming record. The song is entitled "My Old Ways". The new record is as yet untitled and no release date has been announced, outside of the news that a new album is coming. The band recently departed their label, Rise Records, but hasn't announced a replacement yet.
UK Screamo stalwarts Maths have streamed a song off their upcoming record 'The Fires Courting The Sea' released by Tangled Talk on 23rd of March. It s their first official release since 2011's Ascent EP.

American power metal band Kamelot has now officially released the artwork and release date of their long awaited upcoming album, Haven, which will be the second release featuring their newest vocalist, Tommy Karevik.
The 13 track album is set to be released on May 5th in North America (May 8th for the rest of the world) and will feature three guest artists. Allissa White-Gluz (Arch Enemy), Troy Donockley (Nightwish), and Charlotte Wessels (Delain). There will also be a limited edition exclusive CD containing orchestral and acoustic versions of certain songs and an instrumental of the whole album.
Kamelot is also planning a tour for the album as well, starting in North America in Baltimore, MD on April 27th.

Eccentric Brooklyn alternative rockers They Might Be Giants are offering a download of their Australian performance of their platinum-selling record Flood free of charge. The promotion is in celebration of Flood's 25th anniversary.
The band ARE well known for their "Dial-a-Song" service where they recorded their songs onto an answering machine and placed the number in local newspapers. They have recently brought this service back.

Along with Este Haim, american actress Scarlett Johansson has formed a pop-inspired girl group, entitled The Singles. The full line-up consisting of Holly Miranda, Kendra Morris, and Julia Haltigan, as well as aforesaid girls, have already released their debut song 'Candy'.
David Witek, who also produced Johansson's 2008 release Anywhere I Lay My Head, will release the song through his label Federal Prism.
When asked about her music, Johansson replied: "The idea was to write super-pop dance music written and performed by girls. I wanted it to be like those bands: ultra-pop but also a little ironic, a little in on the joke".
The slightly mysterious one-man UK atmospheric black/funeral doom act Ethereal Shroud has begun streaming his recently completed sophomore record, They Became the Falling Ash, through his official Bandcamp page.
The album can currently be purchased on a "name your price" basis, and will be see a physical release through Grimoire Cassette Cvlture in the spring on high quality cassette format.
A follow-up to 2013's Absolution|Emptiness, the new record is the first to be openly identified as the work of infrequent Sputnik reviewer, Joe Hawker.
