Seattle WA hard rock outfit Soulbender, a project featuring Queensryche guitarist Michael Wilton, will release their second album Soulbender 2 later this year. In that light, the band has posted a new track at the official YouTube channel of Rat Pak Records.
The track is titled "Turn Anger Up" and you can stream it right below.
Prog group Flying Colors have debuted their first single, entitled 'Mask Machine'. The song is from the band's upcoming album Second Nature, which will be released 9/29 via Mascot Label Group.
Mike Portnoy stated on Loudwire:
“‘Mask Machine’ was the obvious first single from the album. The minute we wrote it, we knew it! The riffs are so strong and the melodies and vocal hooks are impossible to shake from your head even after just one listen. I suggested director Vicente Cordero after having such a great experience working with him on the Winery Dogs‘ ‘I’m No Angel’ video. I think he captured the band’s performance in a way that also sums up this great song: dark, moody and intense!”
It’s been over a year since Travis Scott released his last EP, Owl Pharaoh, but he

Boomin, DJ Dahi and Lex Luger, and features from T.I., Rich Homie Quan, Young Thug, Migos
and rock band the 1975.

Gene Simmons, iconic co-founder of american hard rock band KISS, had some controversial
statements lately about suicidal people. Simmons told Songfacts that he doesn't
have any respect or sympathy for drug addicts and alcoholics. "I don't get along with
anybody who's a drug addict, has a dark cloud over his head and sees himself as a victim.
Drug addicts and alcoholics are always saying 'The world's a harsh place'. My mother was
in a concentration camp in Nazi Germany. I don't want to hear sh*t about how 'the world's
a harsh place'. She gets up every day, smells the roses and loves life. And for a 20 year
old kid to say 'I'm depressed, I'm from Seattle', well f*ck you, just kill yourself. I
just can never understand, because I call them on their bluff. I'm the guy who says
'Jump!' when there's a guy on top of a building who says, 'That's it, I can't take it, I'm going to jump.' Are you kidding? Why are you ann ...more
