New Orleans based metal band Goatwhore premiered a lyric video for another new track called "Chaos Arcane" from their forthcoming seventh full-length record "Vengeful Ascension". The album will be released on June 23 through Metal Blade Records.
UK Producer Iglooghost has surprise released a new mix, entitled Chalk Shrine, with new original material. Much like how 2016's Snoring (Music To Sleep To) was meant to be slept to, he claims in the mix's SoundCloud description this is meant "TO GO RUNNING TO". Also in the description, he says "ALBUM IS 100% DONE & WILL DROP BEFORE SUMMER ENDS".

Noise rock band Today Is the Day recently announced that they will go through a US tour throughout July to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their 1997 album Temple of the Morning Star. The album (which was remastered and reissued in deluxe packaging earlier this year) will be performed from start to finish at every performance during the tour.
The experimental metal band Kayo Dot will tour with the band as well for support, and the first date will be on July 6 at Saint Virus Bar in Brooklyn, New York. Currently only 20 dates have been booked, however the band has made plans to have a 2nd leg of the tour which will take place in August.

US metalcore act Vanna have announced the dates for their 'All Good Things Must Come To An End: A farewell with our friends" break-up tour. The tour starts on June 9th in Providence, Rhode Island and ends on August 20th in Austin, Texas and will feature support from Lions Lions, Ghost Key, Actor|Observer, Unwill, Sirens & Sailors, Crisis, Phinehas and Backwords.
This marks the end of the bands 13 year carrier since their inception in 2004. Vanna released their latest record "All Hell" on July 8, 2016 through Pure Noise Records and has released a total of 6 full-length records as well as 7 EPs.
British post-hardcore band Enter Shikari have released a new track entitled "Supercharge" featuring Big Narstie. This is their third single since their previous LP "The Mindsweep", which was released back at 2015.
There has not been an official album announcement yet, but at their live shows the band said that they're "going to record [their] greatest album ever".
KMFDM return this year with a brand new EP, called YEAH! & album (the title is yet to be revealed). The former will consist of new songs, remixes and different edits and will be released on June 23 through earMUSIC, whereas the latter will see the light of day sometime in August.
'Hell Yeah' is the first single which will be featured on both discs and can be listened to below:
California based experimental hip hop outfit Death Grips is back with "Steroids (Crouching Tiger Hidden Gabber Megamix)". Clocking in at a whopping 22 minutes, "Steroids..." features MC Ride vocals throughtout its entirety unlike previous non-studio album releases such as "Fashion Week" and "Interview 2016".
Death Grips also announced on their Facebook that they are working on a new album, which will be their eighth studio album in seven years.
Up-and-coming Dutch singer/songwriter Joshua Meijer has debuted his first original song, "Words", which is slated to be released on his forthcoming EP but recorded with his full band. Joshua has been serving as a supporting act to artists like Roos Blufpand.

Danish pop singer and songwriter MØ has released the music video for her latest single, ‘Nights With You,’ presumably from her upcoming sophomore album.
MØ's second record has not been announced yet, and ‘Nights With You’ is now the fourth non-album single since her debut LP, No Mythologies to Follow, from 2014. Previous singles include ‘Kamikaze’ in 2015, ‘Final Song’ and ‘Drum’ in 2016.
Canadian post-hardcore veterans Silverstein have released the music video for their brand new single "Retrograde". Following the release of the single the band have announced their eight full-length album "Dead Reflection" which will be released on July 16th through Rise Records. "Retrograde" serves as the second single from the album with "Ghost" which was released in October of 2016 being the first.

On April 19th the Swedish metal sensation Dead by April announced the departure of their screamer Chistoffer Andersson, only twelve days after the release of their fourth album "Worlds Collide". According to the remaining band members his departure came as a surprise to them, stating that they found out about his departure through email where he simply said;
"Hi all, I just wanted to inform you that I no longer want to be a part of Dead by April and hereby declare myself out"
Following his departure the band has also announced that former frontman Jimmie Strimmel who sung on the bands fist two albums from 2007 to 2013 has rejoined the band. However, Pontus Hjelm who stepped up as their frontman in 2014 will remain the bands clean vocalist while Strimmel will only be providing harsh/screamed vocals this time around.
US metalcore act Of Mice & Men have released a music video for their brand new single "Back to Me". The single is the second release by the band since the departure of lead vocalist Austin Carlile whom left the band in December of 2016 due to his health as well as creative restrictions by the rest of the group.
Since his departure bassist and clean vocalist Aaron Pauley who joined the band in 2012 has stepped up as their lead singer and frontman.
"Back to Life" as well as their previous single "Unbreakable" will be released on physical media on the 26th of June through Rise Records as a 7" single/EP. The band has yet to make a statement if "Unbreakable" or "Back to Me" will be a part of their upcoming record or if they will remain stand-alone singles.
Police in England are reporting what is believed to be an explosion at an Ariana Grande concert at the Manchester Arena. There are reports of fatalities and injuries, how many is currently unknown. Ariana has been confirmed to be unharmed and has been evacuated.
The cause of the explosion is currently unknown. Updates will be provided as they come.
English trio Arcane Roots have debuted "Matter", the second single off their upcoming sophomore album entitled Melancholia Hymns. The album is scheduled to be released on September 15th, and the official artwork and full tracklist can be found at https://arcaneroots.tmstor.es.
Welsh pop-punk act Neck Deep have announced their third full-length album "The Peace and The Panic" which is set to be released on August 18th through Fearless Records.
Accompanying the announcement Neck Deep have also released music videos for the lead singles "Happy Judgement Day" and "Where Do We Go When We Go".
Japanese trance metal band Blood Stain Child have released a music video for the new song "Gaia Evolution" from their upcoming EP TRI ODYSSEY, which will be released on July 26, 2017.
The EP will also contain a 2nd disc featuring their 3 new music videos.
Enigmatic dubstep artist Burial has released a new EP entitled Subtemple. The new release is composed of two tracks named "Subtemple" and "Beachfires" respectively. Sonically it is more akin to his more recent work on Young Death/Nightmarket.

Ben Drew a.k.a. Plan B, a british hip hop recording artist, actor, film director and producer resurfaces after an almost five year long absence from the public eye.
With his first new single "In The Name Of Man", Plan B harkens back to his 2010 soulful effort The Defamation of Strickland Banks. This was his breakthrough record, which was met with acclaim both by critics and fans, who knew him from his earlier rap effort Who Needs Actions When You Got Words.
"In The Name Of Man" addresses political issues of the modern age and showcases a passionate and strong vocal delivery by Drew.
The song is available for digital download and streaming. A music video is expected to be released in the next few weeks.

UK hard rockers, Amplifier return with Trippin' with Dr. Faustus, an album that has been in the works for the past couple of years. Due out on June 30 on their own Rockosmos label, the LP was recorded on analog tape with the exception of one song, 'Silvio'.

Regarding Trippin' with Dr. Faustus, the band detailed: “We spent a long time making this record, principally because it was recorded on a tape machine that we basically had to rebuild from scraps from the dumpster around the back of the mill and whatever bits of debris we could fish out of the Ashton Canal.
“We think you can hear the difference very clearly between what it sounds like to record on tape and what it sounds like to record on the computer – which all our other records were. more
Feel-good alternative rock band Fastball ('The Way', 'Out of My Head', 'You're an Ocean') released their first LP in 8 years: Step Into Light.

The song is the fourth single from their upcoming seventh album The Last Young Renegade which is slated for release on June 2nd via Fueled By Ramen records. British prog/pop/alt-rock titans Muse have resurfaced with a new song called "Dig Down" and an accompanying music video for it. There is no word yet on whether "Dig Down" is being released as a standalone single, or if it will be included in a future EP or full-length studio album.
