Elite Prog Contest Preliminary

Welcome to sputnik's first ever ELITE prog contest! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY so you do not ask stupid questions later. Firstly, if you want to be a part of this contest, you must be a peer approved progger. If you are an obvious alt and or hipster you are not eligible to join. Secondly, you must respond on THIS LIST that you are committed to obscure prog and will do your best to listen to all the obscure prog albums that make it into the contest. All contestants must recommend only one prog album with less than 30 votes (compromise, menawati). When each round starts, you must have listened to both albums before voting on your pick. For this list, rec your album and GIVE A SENTENCE OR TWO about why it's awesome. May the prog be ever in your favor.
