The Vampire Diaries

This show seriously rules. It's mix of violence, romance and drama all painted over with the veneer of a gossipy teen reality show.

The show starts out like a ninny with drama, perfect skin teens, and gossip around Elania and her new vampire boyfriend Stefan.

But holy shit, this show gets dark. Like Immolation dark, in season 2 the cast spends half of their free time beating or torturing people.

What I love is that the directors are not afraid to just kill off anybody, nobody is safe in this show not even main characters.

No matter how evil or good someone is in the show they always give you a reason to empathize with them, I wish more shows would do this.
