I don't have much to offer besides saying that Amia Venera Landscape should be at the top of your priority list! Those guys consistently impress me, and the fact that they mastered their sound only by their debut makes it much more respectable. |

There are things I like and don't like about a lot of sub-genres of metal, but they seemed to obtain the sound of every likable thing about the broad field of metalcore, post-hardcore and others, and blend all of it deftly into an unforgettable album. The unfortunate thing, though, is that they have quite the bar to live up to. |
