Pure speed and attitude...accompanied by the most insane lyrics ever written down. |
| 3 | Motorhead
Tehir speed influenced Metallica. So, they are the Fathers of Thrash in my book. |
| 4 | Kreator
Three words............PLEASURE TO KILL! |
| 5 | Exodus
Raw and powerful, Gary Holt is amazing at writing riffs, which work so well at a break-neck pace! |
| 6 | Anthrax
Scott Ian is one of the most prolific rythm guitarists ever. Charlie is maybe the best drummer to come from Thrash! |
| 7 | The Misfits
One of my favorite all time bands! The fast Chords and Danzig's amazing voice make for some magical music. |
| 8 | Municipal Waste
This band is just fun, they have an album called "The Art of Partying"......great riffs and speed. |
| 9 | Sodom
Amazing German band. They can thrash as good as anyone else on this planet can. |
| 10 | Megadeth
Guirar work worthy of Odin himself. Megadeth is probably my second favorite thrash band, first being Slayer, of course. |
