Some people get fired for simply being gay. Also, considering how Black people are being arrested 3 times more often than White people, even though statistics have shown that less Black people actually deal drugs than White people - I think they have some good footing.
It's also very entertaining to watch how so many politicians squirm and hide over the issue of gay marriage - just because if they support it, they'll lose so many of their own supporters. Oh, the joys of living in the land of the free, of the righteous. |
