You can't argue with the series having some incredible music, and I'll always cherish the thoughts of my friends and I hurdled around a tiny CRT in my parents' living room in elementary school playing THPS1&2 through the night, into the morning. The same goes for Jet Set Radio as well, and that ost is just as iconic.

Masochist 07.25.19	Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1, 2, 3, 4, THUG, THUG 2, and American Wasteland all had an indescribable influence on my music taste. It was basically the foundation of probably 60% of everything I ended up discovering (the other 40% was, silly enough, Christian rock, which is how I got into metal). No lie, I joined this site because I wanted to add The Ernies' album 'Meson Ray' to this site (the song "Here and Now" is on THPS). THUG made me appreciate hip-hop after avoiding it for years because I hated being judged for the garbage that was being put out in the mid '00's ("Why does black music have such degrading lyrics?" and all that). Also, SHOUT OUT other extreme sports games with phenomenal soundtracks: - Dave Mirra Pro BMX - Matt Hoffman Pro BMX - SSX Tricky - SSX 3 - Jet Set/Grind Radio
