Then add something romantic on top of that (walk on the beach, get 'lost' so you have to walk together back home, get cold and have a warm cup of coffee together, watch a movie you both don't know and it 'turns out' to be a tearjerker). Then watch and 'feel' her body language and see if you can further, if that momentary sparkle is there you'll both feel it. Then again I'm awkward and anxious with women I like so why would you care? =)
CK 01.01.13	I have asked out two people, both of which I have been great or best friends with for over a year. No matter how many ways you think of that she could respond she probably won't adhere to any of them so don't waste your time over thinking it. You could test the waters in a number of ways (some of which noted above by others). Most of that stuff is a waste of time though and if you are really good friends she'd probably eventually figure out what you are doing. I'd suggest you just be honest with her but prepare for things to maybe get weird between you for a while if it goes south. In my experience women you've never had a friendship with are far easier to date. Once it becomes friends it's just too much of a hassle for them to readjust unless they approach you about it.

Moral of the story is, if shit doesn't work out, it's been my experience that even if things cool and you don't hang for a while, you can still be friends without much of an issue afterward. BallsToTheWall 01.03.13	23 going on 24. Maybe not. At this point I have no interest in obtaining a degree or having a career. It can change and i'm sure it will at some point but that's the beauty of it, i'm still young, I have plenty of time left unless I die soon. I'm happy the way it is. More-so when I have that said studio and can support myself fully. I don't need much else.
