I planted a silver leaf maple today in the middle of my front yard. It gets hot
when I'm chilling on my recliner by the window, and the tree will supply
ample shade when it gets bigger. I built a ring around the tree with red
scallop stones and filled it with mulch. It's awesome. |

I marinated some steaks with a combination of Newman's Own italian
dressing, Worcestershire sauce, beer, and A1 steak sauce. Then I charcoal
grilled them to perfection and they were tasty. What are your thoughts on charcoal-versus-propane? I
prefer the flavor of charcoal, but I can understand why some people prefer
gas because it's so much easier and faster. |

I bought some weed killer for my St. Augustine lawn and I'm going to spray
it my next day off. Then I'm going to fertilize it. I love a nice lawn on which
you can walk barefoot. |

I live a mere five minutes from the largest man-made lake in the country. My
girlfriend's grandparents have a lake house (literally, it's just a hundred
yards to the mostly private beach) and we'll be spending a lot of time there.
She and her friend just recently went and picked up all the trash so it'll be
nice and clean. |
