2Karmic Juggernaut
The Dreams That Stuff Are Made Of

2018, technical, bombastic, eclectic music that doesn't stay in place for long. Reminds of Cardiacs at some point. Odd time signatures. Fusion of styles. Singer has a voice similar to Jon Anderson, plus a vibrato.

3Dogma
Twin Sunrise

1995, got a Genesis vibe, especially with the guitar work a la Hackett. It wouldn't be out of place in Duke era.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nc2buC0AJoE
4Jordsjo
Nattfiolen

2019, set between acoustic Anglagard and Sinkadus. Just in between. Mellotron, flute and sweet guitar. Similar to Il Volo (ITA) in the guitar and keys interplay.

5Not a Good Sign
Not a Good Sign

Spotify
6La Coscienza Di Zeno
La Notte Anche di Giorno

7Ingranaggi Della Valle
Warm Spaced Blue

2016, Dark, reminds of Anglagard, but more spacey.

Spotify
8Anubis
A Tower Of Silence

2011, clean, emotive, heartfelt symphonic neo prog. Every albums are based in concept albums. It's either punchy or atmospheric stuff. They throw in a nod and a wink to Pink Floyd once in a while, and even approach a mellow Riverside.

9Comedy of Errors
Fanfare & Fantasy

2013, neo prog reminiscent of Marillion in Fish era, added with mellotrons. Great compositions.

10Novalis
Banished Bridge

1973, German band who sings in English for this one. Atmospheric tendancies with organ and analog synths, so yeah, symphonic to the bones. Production and cover art could be better, but the music is great.

Spotify (remastered)
11Procession (IT)
Frontiera

1972, Band composed with two guitarists and part time mellotron. Great riffs and melodies.

13A.C.T.
Imaginary Friends

2001, Energetic music close to AOR, but definitely prog, with a Barock Project mixed with a Queen flavour.

15After Crying
Megalazottak es Megszomoritottak

1992, Hungrian band using lots of instruments to develop a prog sometimes close to ELP, and sometimes close to classical. Decidedly symphonic. The suite is superior to the rest.

20Barock Project
Coffee In Neukolln

2012, Tight symphonic prog similar to A.C.T., flirting with classical (baroque). Huge wink to Apocalypse In 9/8 by Genesis in the last track. Don't trust the cover art to judge on the quality.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FW09rW9AWhw
29Ellesmere (ITA)
Wyrd

2020, modern, mellow symphonic prog. Doesn't sound like Yes despite that Roger Dean cover art. Quite original. It features Anglagard's drummer.
