Diggy Diggy Digs

I'm way behind on music from this year, rec me good ish
1Living Sacrifice
Ghost Thief

One of the most under-appreciated bands out there.
2Fair to Midland
Arrows and Anchors

Just as good as I hoped it would be. It just took me two years to listen to it.
3 ZZ Ward
Til the Casket Drops

A more saucy (and attractive) Adele.
4Dustin Kensrue
The Water and the Blood

Dustin Kensrue made a worship album filled with fairly simple arrangements...and it's everything I thought it could be. Very theologically sound, and "It's Not Enough" is one of the most passionate songs I've heard in a long time.
5Ascend the Hill
O Ransomed Son

I've been listening to this album pretty regularly for a good year now and I see no reason to stop. One of the few worship bands I can listen to at any time, and that is both lyrically and instrumentally engaging.

I've moved away from pursuing the screamo sound, but Celeste is one of the few bands that has found a permanent place in my library.
7Aeon Zen

A pretty by-the-numbers prog/djent band, but I find myself listening to this more than I can explain.
8The Heavy
The House that Dirt Built

Love this band.
9Jars of Clay
Jars of Clay

Classic album.
10Least of These
Change Will Come

Very reminiscent of Come Now Sleep

Quickly becoming one of my favorite Thrice releases.
Who Can Know It?

Showbread being Showbread
The Reckoning

Love this guy's voice. And the blend of genres here is pretty great.
The Anaesthete

These last two are for disappointments.
