DISCLAIMER: I haven't heard all that much in the way of albums this year, but out of what I have heard...this is my top 10...in a vague, but not concrete order.

Album of the Year.

Only By The Night

Closer is one of the best songs this year.

You Have No Idea What You're Getting Yourself Into

Ridiculously clever and fun dance

The Alchemy Index Vols. III & IV...

Intelligent, observant lyrics with some great production values and great music in general

While I love this...I'm not sure about the replay value.
