The first spots in most are quasi-arbitrary. As you can see, some years are spottier, feel free to rec whatever. Not kidding about Dogma, love that movie. Some selections are odd successes from largely talentless directors (see Alexander Payne). Some years, like '97 are just golden. Part II, which will be docs and TV shite is coming next (either that or Best Movies of the 80's Part I)
