theBoneyKing 02.28.18	Yeah zak, if I’m being honest I’ve probably overrated Jens, I just had one very impactful listen at one point that had me bump it to a 4.5 and I’m not sure I ever listened to it since but I just decided to rank it based on where the ratings stood. Probably if I relistened to it it would move down closer to the 20th position but I figured I would keep the ranking as a snapshot of how I felt at the time I should have had this posted.

theBoneyKing 02.28.18	Haha, yup Doof, ya didn’t miss a thing. Foxygen I revisited later in the year and that improved my opinion of it, not enough to bump but it went from a low 3.5 to a high 3.5, it’s a lot of fun, you just have to embrace the cheese.
theBoneyKing 02.28.18	Yeah Asleep I was livid when that happened. They weren’t high quality writeups or anything, I had just improvised them on the spot which was why I hadn’t saved them in another document, but it was still incredibly frustrating.

theBoneyKing 02.28.18	You’d give it at least a 3.5 and maybe a 4 is my guess. John Moreland is one of the best active Americana artists, he’s got a way with a melody and a heart wrenching lyric and his singing ain’t half bad either. The new one’s not his best but it was a steady grower for me throughout the year and featured several of my most listened tracks of the year.
