Fallout 04.21.12	Agree, Tony Hawk games usually always have a couple fucking awesome songs that get me into artists.

Fallout 04.21.12	My favorite was always the Underground series, I remember playing them when i was 12 & 13. Some great songs and artist on them.

Masochist 04.21.12	The Tony Hawk games are the literal foundation of my entire musical collection. Especially #2. I got into Bad Religion because of "You." I got back into hip-hop because of "The World Is Yours." I got into RHCP, AFI, System of a Down, In Flames, Iron Maiden, Refused, AC/DC, Rise Against, Rage Against the Machine and so many more bands NOT because of the radio, but all because of Tony Hawk. So yeah. I agree.
Masochist 04.21.12	Also...my opinion for the best soundtrack of the series is tied between THUG and THPS2. THPS4 was also really damn good.
Shiduba 04.21.12	Tony Hawk 3 had an insanely good soundtrack. Some of the songs there have become my all time favorites, but the soundtracks in the other games are also excellent! What's the Matter Man, Check, Not the Same, Wish, If You Must, The Boy Who Destroyed the World, Amoeba, 96 Quite Bitter Beings, Fight Like a Brave... all those songs are so awesome and nostalgic. I actually like Blitzkrieg Bop and Ace of Spades the least among the soundtrack, the quality is so high. But THPS2 and 4 also had some seriously awesome music (for example, Mass Appeal, best rap song ever) and THUG games also had some kickass stuff. My childhood would have been a lot more boring without these games!

quartermil 04.22.12	i only have 4 and it is a great arcade skate game. extremely fun and also sports a nice sence of humour. but it seems that the series has lost its identity. I think they need to go apeshit, add crazy stuff and keep the gameplay fun n' simple. if people want a simulator they have ea's skate. Just look a the dichotomy between gta 4's gritty realism and saints row wild and fun style. It helps the industry when you have 2 contenders that have a completely different tone because it doesn't saturate the market.

Storm In A Teacup 05.12.12	Oh wow THUG 1 is probably a classic. There's so many more good songs from the soundtracks than just even this. Tony Hawk has probably helped out a lot of these bands in the long run, more particularly the THPS soundtracks.
