Death Albums Ranked
I saw another list like this, so I decided to make my own ranking for their albums.
The Sound of Perseverance
This is a phenomenal album. I love every song from it. They are technical, emotional, and powerful. Chuck's vocals (this is a first for Death metal with me) are actually good. I love them on this album (especially Painkiller). It's difficult for me to choose a favourite from this album.
This one is a close second. I love every song from it (not sure what my favourite is, but I would say Without Judgement is definitely a contender).
Individual Thought Patterns
Again, I love every song here. The jazz-like bass is a nice touch. Mentally Blind is a definite standout.
A great album, but not quite progressive enough for me. I enjoy most songs on here. Cosmic Sea is wonderful.
A decent album. I am not a fan of Death's first three albums, but this one is okay. No real standout here for me.
Scream Bloody Gore
Again, a decent album. I would say my favourite is Zombie Ritual.
I'm not much of a fan of this album.
5 should be 1 :/
4 should be one but everyone feels different about what the best death is.
I also consider 1 and 2 to be Death's best albums, but Human is awesome.
I find myself listening to 5 more and more lately, shit is sooo good.
Definitely one of my favorite bands.
Symbolic dude, any day. All of them are good except for Spiritual Healing really. Their last 4 were the best m/
Yeah, any of the last four albums are great.
"All of them are good except for Spiritual Healing really."
Nah Spiritual Healing rules too.
All these records are great.
Spiritual Healing is very underrated. I really like this record. Living Monstrosity, Altering the Future, Spiritual Healing and Genetic Reconstruction are DM classics.
1 is one of their worst
human and symbolic equal top
