Strider
03.08.11 | I made it pretty quick, so I can do another one... |
InFiction
03.08.11 | It's not bad, but it lacks a certain something that makes it stand out. It's also not incredibly original in terms of the picture. Not a bad try though. |
Strider
03.08.11 | yeah I get that. i took it and modified it pretty quickly. I'lL try somethin better next time |
Oathbreaker
03.08.11 | Can't believe there's a band called "birdy nam nam" |
dimsim3478
03.08.11 | That cover doesn't have that Underoath feel...and it's missing something that I can't quite put my finger on. However, great try! |
Strider
03.08.11 | I was telling myself the same thing. It feels like another bands album... |
dimsim3478
03.08.11 | Agreed with Hep Kat. |
Strider
03.08.11 | Agreed as well |
Baphomet
03.08.11 | It could use a dragon but still agree with Hep. |
Strider
03.08.11 | I should try another band then... |
BirdlikeSymmetry
03.08.11 | Doesn't really stay in context with the music (like Hep said). Also, the font choice for the album name & band name are rather poor. Looks really gradienty as well. |
omnipanzer
03.08.11 | The lettering gives it away as being nonprofessional. |
omnipanzer
03.08.11 | ^ first impression |
Strider
03.08.11 | Looks more like a fan-made poster than an actual CD cover, right? |
omnipanzer
03.08.11 | yah, were I to see this on a shelf I would think whoever they had do the type set (?) had inadequate software or time. |
Strider
03.08.11 | Yeah, I guess I can do better with photoshop, even if it's Elements...
|
UnnamedOcean
03.08.11 | I always enjoy making cover art. It helps that I'm a photographer so all I have to do is just screw with a picture of mine.
It's not a bad cover, but keep trying. Take a little time to come up with something really intriguing. |
