07.19.10 | I'm hoping I ordered in time for the signed insert. That would be awesome. |
acorncheese
07.19.10 | When did you order it? About 20 hours ago only 100 or so had been ordered. As long as it still says "signed insert" on the site, you will get the signed insert. I'm so frustrated with my order. Tried ordering one vinyl w/signed insert, and it somehow put me down for 2 CDs w/inserts, but I didn't notice because I was speedily checking out. Waiting for customer service to become available again tomorrow. Hoping I can switch over to a vinyl with signed insert, as you are only allowed one signed insert per household. |
UnnamedOcean
07.19.10 | Okay then I should be good for the insert. I am very excited for this. I just not sure what release date I will get the CD on. I can wait on it though :) |

07.19.10 | even their worst album is still amazing |
acorncheese
07.19.10 | Yeah, it's going to take all of my might to avoid the leak when it hits. I'm still a bit shocked about the average song length, even though the band had been talking about it for quite a while. |
crazyblinddude
07.19.10 | yeah, home and minor was still enjoyable. though im pretty interested in seeing how theyll do average song length. its still gonna be a great release. |
UnnamedOcean
07.19.10 | I would expect the average length sort of thing to be like that of Effloresce. Most of the songs on there were not overly long. |
acorncheese
07.19.10 | I do love me some Home & Minor. It'll definitely be a great release. They've released nothing but gold thus far. |
crazyblinddude
07.19.10 | another release with effloresce style song lengths would be nice. though i do hope they do have at least one or two epic long songs. |
UnnamedOcean
07.19.10 | I actually just looked on the track listing, and don't worry, they will have a few long ones in there ;) |
acorncheese
07.19.10 | Two songs clock in at over 8 minutes :D :D |
crazyblinddude
07.19.10 | yay! that awesome! and as always i bet the closing track will be one of the best songs. |
qwe3
07.19.10 | oceansize always has amazing openers and closers
i am the morning

the frame |
Yazz_Flute
07.19.10 | I need to get on that, I only have Frames and it's pretty damn great. |
crazyblinddude
07.19.10 | long forgotten is pretty awesome too. probably one of my top tracks off effloresce. |
qwe3
07.19.10 | frames is their best, everyone into position is their worst but has one of their best songs |
crazyblinddude
07.19.10 | i agree with frames being their best. but recently ive been enjoying effloresce a bit more. and everyone into position is their weakest of the full-lengths, but i still have it at 4. ehh bands just good. |
acorncheese
07.19.10 | I honestly love them all equally, but EIP would have to be my personal favorite. |
qwe3
07.19.10 | eip sounds like they went "right we need to be more popular. whats a popular prog band? i know! porcupine tree! let's imitate them a little"
and because porcupine tree generally sucks that turned out to be a bad idea |
acorncheese
07.19.10 | Personally don't agree, but then again I'm at an extreme of fanboyism here. But it's been stated by Vennart that with EIP they thought they'd play their hand at making singles. |
crazyblinddude
07.19.10 | yeah they did try to go more mainstream with EIP. its still good though. but i like porcupine tree, so that may a be a bit of it. both are still my top prog bands. |
Spare
07.19.10 | oceansize are kinda gay but i'll still listen to this probs |

07.19.10 | Karma will strike back, sir..... Karma will strike back. Just as The Empire did. |
