Frippertronics: Resequenced: The Beatles (1968)

Frippertronics 12.06.16	the sequencing nobody asked for but got anyways kinda wanted it to keep a mellow vibe with the rockers ("revolution", "helter skelter", "u.s.s.r") being the flashes of unrest or something In keeping with the limitations of vinyl, I aimed to keep it to one LP (in which what the album should've been in the first place) and wanted it to be somewhat more focused, even if it meant sacrificing the diversity of the original album.

wham49 12.06.16	if there is one to cut it is ussr, and the inclusion of Hey Jude is ridiculous. It has its own record entitiled HEY JUDE, which has turned with the release of the cd version into past masters vol 1 no savoy truffle, Racoon, Monkey all the things that make this such a joyful listen

TVC15 12.06.16	None of the songs on The White Album make sense next to each other which is what makes it so great, although yeah there are some songs dropped from the album that are just as amazing like What's the New Mary Jane, Hey Bulldog, etc

Frippertronics 12.06.16	Also, Martha My Dear and Glass Onion were considered but again, I wanted to keep it to one LP's worth of material The main issue with the album is that the highs are some of greatest works of the past century, but the lows are just inexcusable.

Frippertronics 12.07.16	A note, The Inner Light was added just to have another George composition and to keep the eccenticity of the original album somewhat present. It may not work in context of the album, but it came out in 1968 plus it worked better than Lady Madonna being included

Frippertronics 12.07.16	not too weird really the aim here was to make a coherent album, the opposite of the original album. the whole "it's intentionally a mish-mash that's why it works" thing is like a moon shaped pool being so inconsistent and a total clusterfuck in consideration to its overall flow. the best beatles album had a perfect sequence and this album should've followed suit
