08.29.13 | i don't lift i just run :/ |
Butkuiss
08.29.13 | @tommy I used to run 7.5km every day along a cross-country course in the national park near my house, but I work/study full time now.Aussie weather is fucked so it's too hot to run during the day and I had to stop running at night because of chest problems, so I joined a gym to keep running and just naturally got into lifting from there. You should try it; it's enjoyable in a different way, and running means you'll already have a leg up on quad and ham and calf training (no pun). |
BallsToTheWall
08.29.13 | Interesting choices although I feel doom is for legs and back, thrash is for shoulders, triceps and supersets, black metal is for biceps, chest and forearms, gothic metal for glutes and calves and folk/power metal for cardio. |

The god of bodybuilding......started bodybuilding, fought in World War II, became a bodybuilder again and set the tone in the 40's/50's and beyond. Henry Cavill is a fucking clone of this guy, difference being Steve was a legend committed to his craft. RIP. |

Music for Pumping Iron Matters
A list by docperkins

This is raw material to make soundtracks for work out routines with weights.
There is an intended music genre flow from release to release, bearing a gutsy training routine in mind, from beginning to end. But of course one should go through the selected albums and build up their own soundtrack per 'tune' or 'movement'.
Obs.:
*You might as well enjoy the music therein if you are sedentary;
*This is a permanent work-out in progress. |

09.12.13 | i just listen to music that makes me really sad (conversley making me angry) while lifting |
