Seriously? I wrote papers every week last year in my english AP class, and that was my junior year. A day of notes is a godsend for us. I have a lab for AP bio every week ect ect |

10.17.12 | TheSupernatural, affirmative action was put into place in a lot of areas because candidates who weren't white and male were not being considered as often, even if they had the same credentials or grades.
Personally, I don't think it's a policy that's really needed anymore. But it breeds diversity and tolerance. |

rich kids and rich schools statistically do a lot better in school
therefore, typically white people normally get a better education.
obviously it's not perfect, but I think it's necessary. Especially being from the metro Detroit area. I have seen Detroit schools and have talked to the students. They don't get shit and they're about 80-90% african american. So obviously there needs to be some sort of helping hand for the severely under privileged |
