My Top 5 Favorite Albums Growing Up

What were yours? also i was never into that nu-metal crap (mostly grew up in '90s and early '00s).
5Tool
Aenima

I got this as a gift from my cool uncle when I was 12. Once my mom saw the album art inside the sleeve she made me take it back to the store: but I only took back the box. That's how good this album was.
4Rush
A Farewell to Kings

My first prog album: everything seemed inferior in the first few months I owned it.
3Pixies
Doolittle

My dad's favorite band. You've got good taste, Dad.
2Alice In Chains
Dirt

I couldn't really comprehend the lyrical content until I had grown up a bit but once I did I realized how much of a masterpiece this was.
1Soundgarden
Superunknown

The first album I ever bought with my own money. I was 11 when they broke up, glad to see they're writing new stuff.
