Basically there is so much evidence proving that it was an inside job that the government is counting on you being the pathetic morons that americans typically are. meanwhile 20% of Germans (who are much better educated than americans in politics, even American politics) publicly poll and say the it was an inside job. No, must have been the Domino Effect that that its own author specifically discounted SE asia from being significant in the very document that coined the term.
