Henry Garfield’s (aka Henry Rollins) first band. Only release was the No Policy E.P. (though 3 extra songs were included on the Flex Your Head comp) on Dischord Records a label that was started, run, and financed by Henry’s childhood friend Ian Mackaye (at that time a member of seminal Hardcore band Minor Threat, and fresh out of the Teen Idles). There was a rift between Mackaye and Garfield when the latter had to self finance the release of No Policy due to money at the label being allocated to the release of the first Minor Threat 7”. The ep and band is a prime example of the DC Core sound as it is faster, and louder than most punk releases from the same time period.
